What do you like best about the product?
The easy access to the call so that we can listen whenever we want to
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such to dislike but it would have been better we can get structured according to date wise
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its easy to listen to the call and we can track all our records easily.

It's easy to access and use

What do you like best about the product?
It provides a transcript which is really good.

The only thing I dislike about Gong is that not all inbound calls get recorded.

Key areas of the call are easy to track.

Any calls that need review are easily accessible and coaching based off that is very useful

What do you like best about the product?
Working remote is hard. Not having your peers around to pick up new talk tracks and things to bounce off eachother kind of makes the day hard. Gong allows the office feel
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really just that i wish it picked up more calls, some calls are not recorded. Other than that i would not change a thing about Gong, it really helps you
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives the feel of being in the office, it allows you to be refreshed and gives confidence when you feel like you have hit a brick wall. I really really enjoy it...

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of this tool is the Artificial Intelligence technology where it helps you to do the quality checks of all the calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all Inbound calls are getting recorded till yet. May be it will be updated after sometime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quality checks of the calls. Benefit of this tool is you can listen to your recording anytime and can not the points which you missed out while making notes.

Please do consider this tool to save your time and invest in other things.

What do you like best about the product?
All the communications with the client (not only personal but anybody else in the team) are stored within one timeline: easy to follow the relationships and follow up on the open topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcripts for German are very mediocre. There should be different watch speeds 0.75x as well - for the fast speakers with the accent. Keyword search is still not perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building relationships with my client by having a full overview of the communications on every level. For the CSM it is an essential feature. I am very happy with Gong and really enjoy observing its development.

What do you like best about the product?
The call summary and the AI inputs help to make the recording of the call easier to identify.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calls are updated on a slower pace and there should be more input about the pauses and tone of the speaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps in recognition of the call quality and the parameters to judge.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to listen to myself and my peers. I love the transcripts and the clear layout . I enjoy the search bar and categories. I've seen much improvement in my day to day.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first heard of Gong, I was nervous about my calls being able to be heard at any time by anyone. I never used Gong until I started my current role and it gives me confidence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am more confident when calling my customers. I am able to hear keywords and change my approach. I'm able to reference a call and take notes to improve in the future.
