Really helpful for more than just sales

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I have access to real conversations, not just summarized notes from my team. I love the easy search function which allows us to glean insights from prospects and customers and easily share those exact comments, verbatim to our product team. The tagging and searching is really what makes this an extremely valuable tool for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be time consuming to pour through and listen to so many calls. I wish there was an auto summary function or a red flag AI that could save me some of the effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My sales team us using it for deep sales coaching, where as as the VP of CS for my company, I use it to coach my CSMs on how to run better QBRs, expansion and up-sell opportunity and rapport building. It's also extremely useful for having Product hear the same exact conversations that our sales reps are having vs just hearing the summarized version from the AE, which is usually tainted by their own agenda.

Extremely valuable little tool!

What do you like best about the product?
It is incredibly beneficial to have a recording and break-down of all of our calls.

It has made reviewing calls and improving talk tracks a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
I know I am supposed to put in 40 characters, but there isn't anything I have to complain about or dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have primarily used Gong to record our sales calls to break them down.

It has also been very useful in reviewing recorded meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Gong creates a centralized database for all of my calls (and my colleagues) to review in the future. It helps me keep details in line, and also grow my product knowledge/ techniques by reviewing my colleagues calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The word tracking functionality could be improved- sometimes I cannot find the relevant point in a conversation based on key words I search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an Enterprise Account Executive, each day is jam packed with calls, prospecting, negotiation, and continuing my product knowledge. Sometimes I don't have time to log my notes immediately following a demo, and details are forgotten by the end of the day. Gong allows me to easily sort through my conversations, retake notes, and listen to previous calls with accounts from months ago. It keeps me knowledgeable where I left off, so I don't miss any important details that will help me close a deal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using Gong, if your company has a culture of sharing knowledge internally. It is extremely useful to provide feedback to your team on calls, and share recordings for learning purposes to teammates.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the detail to analyze each individual's vocal contribution and the trends that come along with that data. Trying to avoid fillers is much easier when they can be identified!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think it is a bit difficult to share externally to individuals who are not a part of our internal organization. There doesn't seem to be a way to add an email that isn't recognized other than to open up the sharing to everyone. Maybe I'm missing a feature?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are improving our customer touches with Gong and able to ramp up new team members by sharing previous engagements. This is a very valuable feature!

Great for call shadowing and coaching

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and flexability to listen in on team member's client calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't had any bad experiences yet. It is easy to use and convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to monitor how members of my team are communicating value to clients during my own time rather than having to be available for the call.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've heard that this is used for sales a lot but there is a lot of value from the client services / account management side of things!

What do you like best about the product?
I love easy integration with zoom and clear interface. what's more, I love the option of adding comments and topics recognition. I also like the statistics and the option to share a call

No idea. Never talked to their support so I can't assess it

it's great we can always record a call, come back to it and send to a customer who has some doubts. what's more, it's an amazing tool to share feedback to your team members

What do you like best about the product?
As a new Account Executive at a software organization, Gong allows me to speed up my learning time as I can watch/Listen to multiple calls that are happening throughout the sales cycle.

I feel the UX design could be a bit more easy on the eyes.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is an excellent tool for any team that wants more insight into how their conversations with customers are going. The analytics they provide to break down the calls has been excellent and has helped me tweak my approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recording for GoToMeeting doesn't always show up, but any time it doesn't appear, the support team is very quick to address the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has helped me realize how much I talk. After reviewing the calls through Gong, I see where I could have answered a question more succinctly or asked a more open ended question to get my customers to open up a bit more.
