Great Tool for BDRs

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been such a huge pillar in my career so far as a BDR. I depend on Gong so much to help me grow in my talking tracks. I love the fact that the calls are easy to review by splitting up who is talking into its on track and easily trackable on the transcripts. You can filter calls by competitor mentions and receive feedback automatically and from your managers as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I haven't been able to figure out if anything is missing but I will be sure to keep a lookout for any features I believe should be added. However, overall I love it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have more confidence and I can easily make a call script by copying and pasting from good talk tracks. I have been able to go in with more confidence when I call into businesses that use competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
Since I am new to my role, I have entered into conversations that have already started. Gong allows me to go to the beginning of the conversation (sometimes many months ago) and learn why we are having a conversation in the first place. There is no way I'd be able to ask my peers about every single detail about every deal. Being able to look at the emails and calls has allowed me to feel in the know about the situation before going into the next conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was able to tell Gong what type of call it was: discovery, demonstration, next steps, pricing review, etc. That would help in providing tailored analytics depending on the pretext of the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to enter a conversation with knowing everything there is to know about the deal is crucial! Otherwise, the meeting that was scheduled to help move the deal forward is spent going back and reviewing why we are where we are in the process.

Amazing software that I didn't realize I needed

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to easily edit and share clips of calls with clients and colleagues, or even rewatch them myself. I thought this would be the least used piece of software at my new employer but it's easily become my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish I could say something negative about Gong, but I have yet to have a negative experience. It syncs so well with all my systems and does everything I expected of it and more! I suppose the "worst" thing is that it's voice-to-text feature isn't perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to train myself to be better at my job by giving me the ability to watch all my colleague's calls. It's efficient - as I can speed through it or read a transcript.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I have the ability to look back into conversations and pinpoint key details that truly make a difference in recaps and discovery. This helps create a more impactful relationship with my accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I move through the recording and click a section it is not always the easiest to click in the middle of a dialogue bubble. It starts at the beginning then I navigate from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Memory problems are being solved. It's not always easy to ask questions, listen to responses, and process the information to sell or make next steps. Not to mention, add remembering everything. Gong helps solve a piece of the impactful meetings that take place by allowing you to always stay present.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Understand the way that you will be using the tool. I am new to my organization and only use it to review calls but it goes much deeper. Make sure you know all the applications and everything the system has to offer.

Why I use Gong

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is great for both reviewing my own calls as well as others in my company. It allows an opportunity to learn what I do well, where my gaps are, and what is working well for others. It also puts less pressure on note taking during customer calls to be able to give the attention they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having a dashboard of saved views or other callers to focus on would be helpful and save some time. The app itself is not challenging to navigate, but this would be a great improvement. I imagine this would be helpful for leadership as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to review my calls and identify pains or objections I may have forgotten to include in notes. I can review what questions are working, what questions may need to be reworded, and commonalities between customers I am speaking with.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been helpful with its highly organized interface. It allows me to see all of my calls at the click of a button and to be able to follow a lot easier in order to identify key areas of the conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong seems to be great all around. I have only been working on the system for a little over a month but it allows me to follow up on calls in case I forgot a certain detail. I can then listen to the call or check the comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say that the benefits that I have experienced with Gong in my short time of using it, is the ability to follow all calls. With the number of companies I reach out to, some of the small details can be missed or forgotten.

What do you like best about the product?
All the stats from each call, the percentage each person spoke and the option to provide feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of something - I really feel Gong is a great tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for internal training and feedback. This way, we improve as a team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great is a great tool for coaching, training and feedback. I feel we improve as a team using Gong.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to go back and use previous interactions as coaching opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I've noticed that can be improved is the search feature. I've had a few issues finding what I'm looking for. I don't know if there's anything they could do to fix that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has allowed me to become more of a product expert and has enabled me to observe more experienced sales people, allowing me to take notes and learn.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm an account executive. Gong is an invaluable tool for the sales organization at any company.

Nothing right now. The platform once in a while doesn't update for the statistics but that's a minimal concern for deal review
