Gong is great!
What do you like best about the product?
Seeing the percentages of who talks in a call is really awesome
What do you dislike about the product?
If there was a way to have Gong attached to a calendar, but then automatically not hop on certain calls because of who is scheduled to be on the call, that would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really have only seen is as a helpful tool for our entire company.

UI is simple, and the fact that it helps you improve. Very valuable to be able to go back to calls and have a better understanding of prospects' thoughts

the transcript while cool in theory, isn't very accurate from what I've seen so far

help you do better demos with more structure, and also figure out more applicable ways to build value

One of the first suggestions I had when i joined this new company is to implement gong. I couldn't recommend it highly enough for anyone who is thinking about ways to improve their sales process

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is very easy to manage from a Sales Ops perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally have issues with users OutLook calendars being disconnected with no notification to admins or users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We purchased gong to help our Sales Managers have a better view of what their reps are saying and how they can help their sales process.
We have heard back from our managers that they feel more connected with their team and we have a better idea of how everyone is selling our product.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can hear words that I use a lot. The talk time is also huge for me. I like to make it a little competition with myself to decrease my talk time
What do you dislike about the product?
For a little while it wasnt jumping into my calls but that was fixed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it WAY easier for my calls to be reviewed and evaluated. My manager can leave me notes within that call with a time stamp letting me know what was positive or how I could have worded something differently.
Next-gen Call Recording & Feedback Software
What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of recording calls automatically + the AI involved to make providing feedback on a call extremely easy. The indexing and methods of finding calls or certain keywords is extremely helpful, too
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't record recurring calls and requires manual intervention to do so. Not a large setback but this improvement would be tremendously helpful in truly automating the process

Having record of conversations + being able to provide feedback very clearly at key points during conversations
Great for Learning Faster through Feedback and Training
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the flexibility of Gong. It has been instrumental in learning faster, as well as an extremely helpful tool for our new hires. It's great self-realization exercise, as well - being able to pick out small things that you do, but never notice. Things like, not letting the customer/prospect speak enough, asking the right questions, or even saying "Ummm" a lot! They are able to log in and access a library of all different types of calls (good, bad, and everything in between). This makes it super easy to pair with an onboarding plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a few calls that aren't customer or external calls that don't need to be recorded. Gong doesn't seem to be able to differentiate these and I'm having to remember to remove it from personal, internal calls. I hope this will become a feature soon!

Onboarding, Learning faster through feedback, and Sales training. It hits all of these topics.
Use for customer calls
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is great at capturing vital information. It also allows you to speed up calls and look for certain areas within the call. It captures every word.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing...I think it brings a lot of value and can not really think of areas to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to focus more on the call and not worry about notes. Which makes for better conversations

Helpful Tool That Adds New Value
What do you like best about the product?
As a sales professional, I always make a point to record myself on my calls and listen back to them. I believe you can learn alot from that and Gong helps improve that even more. It gives you a new found ability to search your calls for specific keywords, topics, speakers, etc. It helps save ample time in the review process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have only been using it for a few weeks, so have not found much that I dislike at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Self-improvement, reflection, but also improving the sales process by being able to look for certain words, topics, etc within the call that you want to document and use in your sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very diverse. I can use it for hot seat sessions, listening in the car, or in one on ones. Immediately sending the team notes is great. Looking forward to diving into more filters and triggers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to have more previous pieces to the platform that work right away. Particularly based off sales methodology (ex: Sandler)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales call coaching and flashing real time notes to the rep. Also building out a call library of strong calls.
Great Training Tool For Sales Teams
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and ability to quickly search by phrases. I also really like how it shows the talk/listen ratio and how many questions I ask during calls with clients/prospects. It's no surprise that the best reps have the best talk/listen ratio and ask the most questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It only works on specific conferencing software like GoToMeeting. If it was able to simply record any call it would be a little more effective. Also, you need to be careful about state laws about recording, which Gong does but it's limited by your location data or zip codes I would assume.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being better on the phone, which I'm on the phone all day as well as my team. It's super simple and really easy to share calls with clients or the team. Really good way to share good calls as well.
