Gong makes working easy!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can reference any call at any point. Not to mention it makes it super easy to share internally and with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it annoying that when you are sharing calls with customers it automatically sets a 5 day time period before it expires. We'd prefer for our customers to always have a place to listen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to review internal communications among various teams, review customer calls to prep for upcoming meetings, and being able to share so everyone can be on the same page.

It is easy to use for clients and has very little down-time.

Sometimes it does not record all of my meetings and I cannot go back and reference.

Great product, just needs video quality improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of which the calls get recorded via GoToMeeting. Gong just joins and all calls are recorded.
What do you dislike about the product?
Video quality leaves a lot to be desired. I am sure it has to do with the compression, but trying to see what is happening in the video is very difficult due to lack of quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize Gong for both Sales and Support. I am a member of the Support team and we use the Gong videos to see issues that are being reported and so we can send them to our Development team for review.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to have send the recordings internally for feedback and thoughts so I may continue to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
randomly had gong disconnect from my email browser so have had to reconnect a couple of times.

Self improvement and ability to share recordings with many audiences

Great for reviewing calls

What do you like best about the product?
Using Gong has made pulling information from long calls a breeze. With Gong, I am able to find specific information in both my own and my teams calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge is sometimes the video quality is not great. it can be hard to see what is on the screen

specific information that you may overlook during calls. filler words are great as well

What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows me to take less notes, I can always go back and review what was said by the customer. It also allows me to share important information with other colleagues and share with the customer as well. It means less rescheduled meetings because the customer can share the call with other people in their internal organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an edit feature, often when Gong first joins the call there is a few minutes before the customer joins. If I need to send a the customer a link to review the call, they have to hear the silence or internal talking before the call really gets started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've found Gong to help solve customer disputes, when they say we committed to something we can play back the recording. I've also stopped taking notes during the call which allows me to really focus on what the customer is saying.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can search for specific things that were said during a call, organize by keywords and common fillers is truly a game changer when it comes to reviewing my work with my Manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't sync with our other software, which leads to calls not getting recorded. But I'm thinking it might be an internal error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to analyze how quickly and effectively I'm driving value to prospects.
