Amazing business intelligence
What do you like best about the product?
Our team love using Gong to share interesting customer insights to improve our product development and marketing strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Everything is going really well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to tag our team in calls instantly saves us from having to write down notes and forget important details. It's easy to come back to things later with the library feature.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just give it a go, it's easy to learn. I haven't needed any help.
Great software for sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to review calls and share those calls with colleagues. Gong makes it very easy to identify and skip through calls to find the most relevant information for coaching or reviewing calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a lot of dislikes, sometimes it can be a little bit hard to find calls that you're looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly being able to find calls and make them useful. Beforehand you'd basically record calls and never go back and listen through them. Now we can break them up and dive into topics.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can add comments and annotate how a call went. I enjoy that you have access to everyone's calls so you can review what you feel you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any pertinent dislikes currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve my talk track problems and use others' conversations to help me hone my style.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to go back and listen for things I could have missed when taking the initial notes during the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything to notate that I don't like within Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to see when I talk too much and need to pull back and listen to customers more. The talk track at the bottom of the call is very useful for that.
Vey easy, simple and valuable
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can listen back to my calls and utilize the features given to identify the weak points in my calls. It picks up filler words and other words that would allow me to identify the issues that need to be talked about in the calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it seems not to log all of my calls. Also, it takes a little time for my calls to be annotated to identify the points. Therefore, I would like it to be a little faster, but all in all, make sure all my calls are recorded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the verbal mistakes that I make when talking—finding better questions and strategies to make sure that I am getting to the prospect's pain points and showing them the solutions that we can help and benefit them. We take pride in trying to share our knowledge and educate our clients and not sell them, and this allows me to take care of the pitch and tone that I try to master.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how we can analyze our talk ratio and share calls among colleagues. Also, the user interface is smooth and trouble-free for a quick call review during work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike the most about Gong is it could have come sooner for us to listen, learn, and ultimately become better at providing best possible customer satisfaction
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I am solving now are objection handling and getting through gatekeepers by listening to the quality call of the best in the business.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to quickly find parts of a call by searching the text. Calls are easy to find and share with colleagues for feedback as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that Gong includes action items to ensure you do not forget to follow up about things you have promised. I also like the suggestions of talk ratio etc., because it allows me to be more aware of areas I can improve on.
Excellent platform for sales-based employers
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is sleek, easy to use and can be loaded quickly. It lets you review personal, team-based, and company-wide levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong is very useful but isn't as integrated as I would like for it to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to learn from my mistakes and grow as a salesperson. Growing is always a huge part of sales and customer service.

Great Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that my calls are recorded and transcribed. This allows me to be more fully engaged with my clients during the call and not furiously trying to capture everything in my notes. I can always go back and scan through the transcript (or use search) to find key points in the conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It's a complete platform I enjoy using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being more present with customers. The transcript is a great way to review details from the call instead of listening through a call all over again. Most of the time I catch additional details I missed in the initial conversation.
