Gong- Useful and Educational
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to go back and clarify notes, as well as use it as an educational tool for future web meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only knock, the voice in the beginning. Disrupts the convo and the flow I am making the customer. Plus prospects may think it's weird, but its not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am reclarifying my notes, and making sure the commonalities I get meeting from meeting help me in the future. Crisp and clean notes.

Very useful to everyone for clarifying notes in sales meetings!

What do you like best about the product?
How easily Gong syncs with Salesforce and zoom to capture all of our calls and demos that happen. Great for the team to have a repository of calls with advanced data to analyze their performance!

We're having trouble getting out ream to use the sharing and commenting portions of the tool, our problem and not Gong's :)

I like how you can search for any term and go right to that section of the call

At first the load time for a call took a while but now it seems better

Very easy to jump to points in the solution. Manager and colleague feedback is awesome too. A great solution to break down your meetings/presentations, understand what went well, what didn't and why

Nothing that comes to mind, overall really helpful solution to evaluate the effectiveness of your presentations/meetings

Become a better communicator as it relates to my product and sale person in general. Understand what works, what doesn't, what is important, what isn't

I love that you are able to go back in time and see what needs to be correct for future meetings

Not much, one thing that could be improved is marking comments times and being able to adjust that once a comment has been started

Gong is great at identifying what your can spend more time on in discovery. Just being able to review calls with management has been a huge help.

How easy it is to find certain subjects that were discussed on the call

For adhoc calls, although it's simple enough to add in the Gong dashboard, bc it doesn't have the salesforce contact attached, it doesn't manually add to the Salesforce account
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to confirm the exact issue in the call, that may be missed if I was simply taking notes live.
