Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
The information about your calls, topics covered, words used, time spent talking is unbelievable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to speed up calls to chipmunk like levels isn't really helpful

Being able to tag my manager on a specific part of a call for feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you are able to go back and take notes on your call, review the call to coach yourself, and share any good tactics on calls with co-workers.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I cannot find much that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems of forgetting to write certain notes on a call and not being able to coach yourself. Not being able to review over.

Very easy to use and highly recommended when you need to review your calls

It can be slow to load and sometimes can slow down the computer

Needing to review calls that will have a direct impact on commission and quota. This way it is not subjective

I like that it breaks down the call into specific segments and that I can search directly for anything I said.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Gong is a participant on calendar invites, especially when a prospect can see it after hitting reply all.

I am trying to understand words I say too much and how to overcome certain objections.

Sometimes it does not separate the categories into what the correct category should be.

Sales is always changing. Being able to analyze your calls and improve on what you can is a game changer.

Can be time consuming, but worth it. Need to create a process that we use Gong on a continual basis.

Great Tool for Information Sharing and Continuous Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely easy to 'listen' to keywords or topics that are meaningful to me and monitor their trends over time in a visual sense. The ability to then immediately go to specific sections of calls that mentioned what I cared about and hear the actual customer themselves is powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX/UI is still in a very much 'in progress' stage but this is to expected with a newer application and it still does what it needs to do which is what matters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a product manager Gong makes it easy for me to monitor how our customers are speaking about our products - without the need to jump in multiple calls throughout the day. I can also monitor how our team speaks about the products and ensure we are best presenting their value to our customers.
