Invaluable Success Tool for Any Seller
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is extremely intuitive. I'm surprised at simply how incredible and easy to use the UI is. I can find any of my calls at any time, not only to review for coaching, but to go back over if I forgot to take notes. It is an incredible tool that I can't imagine life without.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that it sometimes logs the company name instead of the lead name, making it hard for me to find specific calls. I think there might be a better way to do this though. I think this is user error/configuration error on my end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of not being able to know where my calls go wrong. I can pinpoint specific incidents where I could have dipped when I dodged, or vice versa. (Accidental Dodgeball reference?) Also it's incredibly helpful to push deals forward and remember key takeaways from conversations when I'm having 20+ per day.

Great for reviewing Google Meets. Simple to find past calls to review.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used Gong long enough to have "dislikes" yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Gong, we can auto-record our google meets for review and use them for future new-hire training sessions.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to find past calls. I like the search function. I also like that I can look at the transcript and see the timestamp for when certain people are talking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Gong at the moment.

Great for listening to past calls and for note taking.
Gong improves my sales performance more than any other factor, hands down.
What do you like best about the product?
I use Gong every day to review, analyze, and improve my sales performance. Reviewing my calls whenever, wherever, is genuinely invaluable and makes all the difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I see no downside of using Gong. I try to recall the days when I didn't have a tool like this at my disposal - it's horrible. I can't imagine a world without Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of Gong, no information is lost. I can always go back in time and review exactly which words were said, numbers shared, and opportunities discovered. I can easily align with team members and customers/prospects alike.
I didn't know much about gong before, but after using it and getting use to it, I absolutely love it

I like how you can view others calls as well as your own. I like the the filter is so diverse as well.

It can be somewhat confusing at first if you don't have anyone to explain it to you.

It is helping me understand where I didn't cover in a call and where my weak points are when talking to new clients.

Its ability to extract valuable insights from calls for improvement and preparation.

Everyone across my organization uses it at high volume so sometimes I can be challenging to find a past call quickly and easily.

I have been in asynchronous onboarding mode for 3 months. Gong has been a life saver in terms of tanning up, learning thw key value points and use cases of our product.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how they remind me to do action items.

I wanted to search my calls through specific dates. Not sure if you can do that yet or if I just couldn't find that setting recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can review my calls easily. See when I am talking vs the prospect client. I can't do that in Salesloft.

With many prospect calls each day Gong bubbles up required actions to my email
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Besides helping the attendees have a record of the meeting along with identifying actions, I use Goong with new employees so they can experience our sales calls and demos
Incredible analytics to make better leaders
What do you like best about the product?
I live in the gong dealboard. I can see the type of activity taking place on each deal, frequency and understand any risk factors (inactivity, lack of involvement, pricing not discussed, etc). Those insights enable me to follow up with reps and effectively support them in their deal strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Gong is so robust. I'm constantly impressed by the new features that are released.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can better support my team in competitive deals with competitive trackers and names highlighted in the deal board. Our win rates are increasing across the board.
Review of Gong
What do you like best about the product?
The scorecards are great for giving my AE's feedback immediately after a call; that way, the input and contents of the call are fresh.
What do you dislike about the product?
How long it can be to rewatch an entire call. Sometimes the 1.5x helps, but it is still time-consuming. Real-time feedback would be fantastic to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving for inefficiencies and lack of following a plan with my AEs.
