Great software for improving on your calls
What do you like best about the product?
I think the fact that it has transcripts for the calls makes it easy to digest and listen to the calls. As well as, having to see the metrics on each aspects of the calls allows the team to better understand which parts and where they need to improve on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, it's not Gong's fault that most calls are not recorded in some states.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that we can listen to other calls, it allows us to understand the importance of each call and use those things to improve our skills. The call tracking, metrics, recording, analyzing and video recording are all important facets for sales orgs.
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to go back in and listen to myself. I've learned lots from hearing myself and reading back over the transcripts. It's also great to send to my leaders to hear their thoughts as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcripts sometimes are not as accurate with the technologies I talk about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to catch information I would've usually missed.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool to record and share meetings internally and externally with customers. Also, the transcription feature helps a lot in reviewing calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a fan of the sharing mechanism right now. I believe the sharing procedure could be made easier and faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The #1 problem is making sure we understand what our clients need and mean. Being able to revisit calls is a must-have.
Gong!!! Insights that I were not aware existed!
What do you like best about the product?
The insights that are gained by the overview screen of the recording are incredible. We use Zoom and the built in integration between Gong and zoom really help me to be able to review the call, understand the purpose, and collect important data that I may have missed during the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is one item that I think would be useful. The ability for the system to recognize when it is a personal call and automatically delete or at least mark it as such for review would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a solutions engineer, I use it to help capture requirements, tasks, customer sentiment, business drivers, and solutions that have been proposed or considered. As a new employee, it helps me to understand more about the company I work for, the types of interactions we have, and where I can improve.
Can't imagine not using it
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to go back to the whole history of calls and emails with an Account all in one place. I also love that I don't have to worry about taking notes during a call anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. I the auto-transcript function could be improved if possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling continuity with client relationships despite change of hands. Things are not fallen within the cracks as it is stored in one lace.

What do you like best about the product?
that i can listen to my teammates recordings which is helpful in ramping up

not everything is recorded. a way to see peopls faces while they are screensharing would be nice

being able to see where we need improvement. Im benefiting financially bc of the timesaving aspect

What do you like best about the product?
I love the tracking elements of words or topics. Gong allows for better searching, coaching, and training.

I have not found anything that I dislike so far.

Gong has provided a way to see gaps from training to delivery to clients. Gong has allowed us to coach better.
Gong- stability and professionalism
What do you like best about the product?
Great for stability, accountability and professionalism across the company. If someone can't attend a meeting, they don't need a recap, just a link. If you revisit a prospect, you can pick up where you left off after a quick scan of the previous conversation and remember small details that would be impossible to remember in the 1000's of conversations you have in a month.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor issue is asking for permission to use Gong at the beginning of the conversation (as multiple attendees join and at different times. Overall, this is a minor issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have very complex technical discussions which move at a fast-paced speed thus using Gong, allows me to go backward and rewind to make sure I took accurate notes.
Best sales analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a great tool to use to focus on the conversation instead of scribbling notes. You can go back and review your recording and see important analytics that drive the impact of the next steps in the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that bothers me about Gong is the search functionality. I believe that it could be a little more refined.

Our company works asynchronously. Because of Gong, we are able to provide coaching and peer learning opportunities with our call recordings.
