Hard to say, maybe the notification you receive via email could be better designed to be compatible

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to go back to my calls. Interface is super easy to use!Love that I can see you is speaking and patience feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
SOmetime gong does not join the call. There is the instant joiner that is the workaround. I love everything else but I had to say something :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to take so many notes. Keeping all of my team on the same page with Customers.

Best way to get a transcript and recording of your call. Much better at recording than Zoom is

What do you like best about the product?
I like the transcript functionality and the ability to easily access previous meeting recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not feel that there is anything missing at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get to listen to my calls with my manager, so I am able to get concise and direct feedback on what I did good or bad.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is easy to use. The playback is great for training, and I like how you can see both the video and transcript. It's also easy to share with team/leaders or clients. We use the scoring elements as well, and nice to have different options to do this. It is also nice to jump to any part of the call or speed up when needed. The search feature works great too, by company, by name or by date.
What do you dislike about the product?
When sharing with a client, the link is only active for five days. It would be nice to have options, something like 5, 7 or 10 days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it a lot for training and development. When we are working on new parts of our demo/conversation, it's great to have Gong to see how others are implementing what we are working on too. We also share the recordings with clients when asked so that they can share it with members of their team who need to see our platform and may not have time at the moment. It helps!

What do you like best about the product?
The level of detail that Gong brings helps you break down sales calls in such an efficient manner. I use it for self-coaching and retrace my steps to extract data from my calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much negative to say. It's not a Gong issue, but since we use Zoom to facilitate our demo calls, when a prospect calls in due to audio issues, I lose the transcription of the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am sure up my discovery calls, helping breakdown when I asked specific questions and what I did with the answer I was given. We are emphasizing digging for pain, and Gong let's me know if I'm doing it enough.

the way i can filter my research and get the transcript. is more than a sales tool, is a great product tool

navigation btw recorded call could be smoother but I don't dislike it

I'm from product, I can't chat with all clients but I can go to gong and get the calls with the topics I need to know more. I great to have direct voice of customer

Amazing call recording software

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love gong. Having recently started at a new company Gong has been extremely easy to adopt. It has been incredibly useful for training as I can easily search previous calls using a whole range of filters and the breakdown of the call recording means it's easy to navigate to the parts I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced any downsides to using Gong yet. So far it's been incredibly easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a new starter onboarding remotely, Gong has allowed me to educate myself on an array of topics through the amazing search functionalities. I've been able to get up to speed quickly on client accounts, learn about our processes internally and basically find anything I need!

Go for it, you won't regret it

More than a call coaching tool!

What do you like best about the product?
We have a myriad of tools in our tech stack that allow us to slice and dice data in 100 different ways. Gong allows us to review call data and is also incredibly useful when it comes to managing pipeline, identifying at-risk opportunities and so on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only limitation that I see is that there are limitations on mobile and it's a coin flip whether or not I can get a call to play back on iOS. Most of the time I am using it on desktop, so it's not a huge deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the biggest benefit is that it gives reps the ability to look at their pipeline by stage and quickly see where they are missing important items such as a scheduled next step, being single threaded, time since last meaningful meeting etc. Prior to that we were using multiple tools to make that happen.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is quite simply the best tool in its class.
