What do you like best about the product?
I love that Gong allows me to see points of interest, the transcript as well as listen to the calls that I make whenever I want. This allows me to review them, gain insight on how I can better improve, and submit the calls to my peers to receive their feedback as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the transcript were a little more accurate as it can quite often confuse words that I said for others which leads me to have to decipher what I said during some calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to rely solely on my memory to remember what was said during all of my calls. I can always revisit the transcript and see what our points of interest are, what topics my customers found most engaging, and future topics of discussion that should be covered in other meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
The trackers and other search capabilities are extremely useful to quickly sort calls that feature issues I am targeting. I can review my own calls objectively and those of mentors.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I am pleased with all the features offered, there are times when I can not find calls in searches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to review my own mistakes and triumphs is priceless. Every mistake is a lesson but, if you don't recall the error, it can be challenging to correct. Gong gives me the chance to thoroughly review my work, as well as to learn from others.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Gong is an invaluable tool to improve sales performance and a growth mindset. You don't know, what you don't know.

What do you like best about the product?
I think that recording each call is helpful since you don't have to rely on note-taking anymore to make sure you have gotten everything on the call. I also will say that the statistics are awesome, like the talk ratio!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any real issues with the platform. I think there is a lot to play with in terms of settings. My only gripe is that you have to get very specific with the trackers. Meaning you need to add a lot of synonyms or change the way people talk to make sure you are tracking things accurately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we are solving a gap in sales training with Gong, it is giving us the opportunity to not only improve our sales teams performance but also create a library of good examples for future use.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to jump to any call of interest and listen and learn.
I'm using Gong almost every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't see any downside, I loved the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less time for new employees to onboard, can learn a lot from past meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Gong in my opinion is that it breaks down what part of the conversations are happening at a certain time. This will allow me to skip ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how long it takes to upload a call onto Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to become more familiarized with my call strategy

What do you like best about the product?
The feature I like the best about gong is that you can secretly join in/listen to calls your other colleagues are without disturbing the call and still learning a lot about what is going on. Gong makes it incredibly easy to record your own calls and listen back. You don't waste time unnecessarily taking notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I do not have too many negative things to mention about Gong or my use of it. I think the only thing I would point out is the sometimes-lagging quality when watcing the videos, but nothing that has caused an issue at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our training processes. I am a new hire and learn best by listening in to my manager's calls, and with Gong, I can do that quickly, and I am also able to listen in to calls I am technically supposed to be listening in on and take my own notes.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot. Gong does attempt to go a little overboard with features at times w/ the product roadmap.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to easily go over a sales call and review it. See how long each speaker has spoken for. And content they provide is great for learning. The mobile application is great to use when in the car or at the gym.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the transcript is not that accurate and to highlight a snippet could be confusing if you don't know how to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales call analyzing and being able to grow our own product with our product team.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of intel this gives you from a management standpoint for coaching is fantastic. The reps do not have to wait for coaching either, as some alerts and items are right in front of their face. Also, the team can easily hear each other's calls to understand what's working and what's not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not think of anything right now, maybe in another six months once we have a solid understanding, but it has everything plus more I can think of in a tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having enough time in a day to listen to sales presentations and calls, this has it all recorded, transcribed, and highlighted on areas I would listen to. The trackers are great not just for sales but for other departments as well to hear what leads are saying.

What do you like best about the product?
Too many features to list, but mainly I love the ability to go back to my recordings so that if I missed taking a critical note, I can get all the info, to get the perfect summary and learn for the future how to get better in my questions.
Gong helps me to learn and grow.
I also LOVE the functionality of the app - I can listen to my old calls on the go while driving.
What do you dislike about the product?
the search functionality can get a bit more granular. Some searchess bring too many results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
