Great tool for teams who seek to improve

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I don't have to take notes and can review calls later to improve my talk track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tough to say! It's pretty good. I can't really think of anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to review my calls and get feedback from my manager and other team members. I've become better after the feedback.

Theres nothing that i dont like about this so far. Ive loved every aspect

I get some really good insight of how meetings are run from watching and listening to reps on disco calls

Great platform for call reviews

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been an excellent tool in reviewing my calls with my clients. I like that I can see the breakdown of how much I talked compared to my client. Being able to keyword search is also very helpful in finding other calls about a specific topic I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have found to Gong so far is it can be a little buggy. There have been instances where the calls are not automatically uploaded as they should be. Additionally, there have been times where, in the middle of a recording, it just stops playing and you have to restart the web page and find your place where you left off all over again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to review my client calls as well as members of my training team so that we may improve our processes on the phone. This allows me to learn from any mistakes I've made and implement best practices in future trainings.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to
1) revisit key moments of the call
2) see which content had the most air time
3) see who had the most airtime
4) reflect on how to run calls better in the future
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the idea of the "topics" section. Gong tries to code what was talked about. In the 3-4 calls I've tried, Gong has not been able to classify most of the content. So there's room for improvement, but it's great when it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of logging business calls for record-keeping purposes, with the delighter of being able to quickly revisit the call and visit key moments/key speakers. I personally benefit from going back and re-watching my own segments so that I can reflect on my tone, language, posture, clarity, and things like that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure the users in your organization understand allllll the benefits Gong can offer, and everyone is able to leverage it to its fullest.

Great tool to improve on client calls

What do you like best about the product?
I love the gong's stats after each call and how smooth it is to add it to each meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see stats for all people in the call, especially if they're on the same team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit I've seen is that I'm able to understand where I'm not doing a great job so I can improve.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about using Gong is that they provide you with insights on why a particular deal you're working on may be at risk. They offer tangible solutions to help you save deals that (at least in my case) have been extremely valuable in engaging with prospects and continuing the conversation. In addition to this, their recording services are the best that I have ever seen. Not only are you getting a video and audio recording of the call, but you also receive a transcript that looks like something made from a writing team in film/television. They make it very easy to use their service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues in using Gong. If you're an Account Executive and you're looking for a service that will help you drive deals and generate revenue, this software is the absolute best in comparison to other software in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving problems by realizing when a deal is at risk and determining what to do to salvage the agreement. Not only do they tell me when a contract is at risk, but they offer suggestions on how to engage with the customer. Tips such as sending threaded emails and mentioning the price have helped bring deals back on the right track.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Gong not only records my calls but also transcribes them so I don't have to write anything down during the call. I can sit and listen to my client! Its a great tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about Gong yet. It's rare for a sales tool to be like this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping me solve my active listening deficiencies while on a sales call. I realize I miss some critical information sometimes and I can then later review it with Gong.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try out Gong if you haven't before!

What do you like best about the product?
1) The ability to tag people in comments/change visibility of comments
2) Being able to show people exactly where you want them to pay attention when you comment
3) Sharing externally
4) Metrics (that analyze language used in calls, show talking ratio etc)
5) transcripts - super helpful for takeaways after meetings/sharing with managers etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe this is not something relate to Gong itself but the first time set up involves some manual work - for example I need to go in and edit my permissions or reach out to the admin to edit them. It would be great if this could be pre-configured in some way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working with clients to implement new technology our firm offers for them. With Gong, I'm able to review calls to understand when something was said. i am able to see trends in calls. Since the main metric of the job is client satisfaction, Gong analytics really helps us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Train as soon as you can to get the most out of zoom!
