A must-have for sales and marketing organizations
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, ease of setup, sharing calls made easy, and so much more!

Not much... I'll need to think about it.

What do you like best about the product?
Reviewing calls has never been so easy to refer back to. The keyword tools and annotations are super helpful to find exactly what a customer said or what I said in the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing here to dislike. The integration with Google Meets is amazing and I am very thankful to have this tool at my disposal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer expectations, customer feedback and making it easier to hand off from Sales to Customer Success. The benefits I have realized: time saving, better customer relationships and efficient feedback loop.

Get this in your tech stack for both Sales and Customer Success. It is a game changer!
A tool that no Sales or CX team should work without!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to analyze the interaction between the customer and the representative. Using keywords for searching the calls and based on that data making business decisions that only help increase revenue!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a very new tool that we have recently implemented, and we did not have something similar prior, therefore not able to detect any downside or a dislike I would have as a user!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are documenting each call made with customers, to be able to analyze them and provide them with better customer service.

A tool which every company that has teams wich interact with customers, to do sales over the phone should have it, and will see a positive impact!
Great way to review your calls and better your sales career
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to review my calls at a later time is helpful. I can also search keywords to find distinct points in my conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints at this time. I'm a big fan
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I now have the ability for my coaches to review my calls and give me positive feedback. It has definitely helped me to refine my pitch.

Call sharing is the best part of Gong. It is super easy to share snippets internally and externally

Helpful for Entry-Level BDR
What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows me listen to my teammates calls who have been a BDR for over a year. Through this I take notes so I am prepared to make cold calls of my own and know what to say when calling someone for the first time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about the product. What I do like is the dialouge it provides so I can read along during the call - I will say that not all the words are accurate during the calls. This is not a bad thing as I can make out what is being said from the miswritten words.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What I am solving is as an entry level BDR - from not knowing what to say during a cold call to actually knowing how to go about one is key.
Gong makes having a busy schedule or taking time off so much easier to do

The ability to easily search for videos and then review them quickly, in addition to seeing all the parties on the call and jumping to each speaker.

I haven't found something I dislike yet.

For our team it allows us to review each other's calls before jumping into a call with a client that we haven't met with yet.
Most valuable tool in the pandemic
What do you like best about the product?
I joined my company in the pandemic, and as an account executive, I rely on listening to the soundbites of my peers. If I could only choose one training tool, Gong would be it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more clear what was being said to our customers when they joined a meeting, and how to turn it off, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Before Gong, I struggled taking clean notes during meetings and almost always missed important info. Now I focus on being fully present in client conversations, then get an accurate transcript of the essential bits after the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there isn't really anything to dislike. This is a great sales intelligence tool with multiple purposes across the board. Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Gong for overall sales intelligence through various features: note-taking, automated meeting transcript, reviewing my talk ratios and refining my calls by reviwing each segments individually. The deal management feature helps me organize my pipeline and follow up appropriately, with action-items recommended by gong after every call.

What do you like best about the product?
At the beginning, I was reluctant to have my meetings recorded, but now I don't want to have a meeting without Gong. The highlights for me: 1) It allows to review any detail from the call that I may have missed. 2) The recording can be shared internally when it's relevant for other teams. 3) Transcriptions are pretty accurate (this has improved recently), which helps to go straight to the point when quickly reviewing a call. 4) Review my own meetings and use the coaching tool to check what can be improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to see everyone who has been in the meeting in the recording and not only the speaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) If I have a new meeting with a client I met some time ago, I can go back to the recording and refresh exactly how our interaction was and what was said. This causes a great impression on the clients. Even if I've taken manual notes, it's not the same as having the full recording.
2) As I'm not working in my native language this is super useful to review details that may have been lost during the meeting.
3) Being able to share the complete meeting (instead of just biased notes) with a colleague involved in the next steps of the negotiation.
4) I'm able to review my meetings and look for things to improve. I can see my colleague's meetings and learn best practices from others, check how they handle objections and more.
