What do you like best about the product?
I love gong because it helps me improve as a sales rep.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont dislike much about gong! I really enjoy using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that my pitch changes in my voice when I answer a call and I have wanted to change that.

What do you like best about the product?
1. It makes it a breeze to share call recordings with prospects and customers.
2. You can set up automatic alerts when next steps are not identified or if a competitor's name comes up.
3. It tracks your stats such as Call Duration and Talk Ratio that help me identify how I can improve my communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every day I get an email from Gong showing me my pipeline at risk and reasons why it's at risk. I dislike this because it shows me that my pipeline isn't always as how I imagine it is; in reality, I like this feature a lot, but it just hurts sometimes knowing that I'm not perfect ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main problems is that I don't have to perform multiple demos; if a prospect would like to showcase the demo to their boss, they just share the recording and come with questions for our follow-up meeting. This allows for more productive meetings instead of repeating things that have already been shown. I've also benefited from the Deal Board; during my 1:1's with my manager, we pull it up and run through my open pipeline and strategize on next steps.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to listen to my sales calls, and capture notes that I might have missed when listening to the call live.

Listening to calls from other sales people helps my learning experience as well. Great for onboarding

I also like sharing calls that went well externally with the client
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much

the Intel is very valuable

Sometimes it can be hard to view info on the mobile app, otherwise I view everything from the laptop

Searching for keyworks could be a little more user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster onboarding

Learning talk tracks at a faster rate, being able to share a solid demo with a client is great

I am more productive this way as its a better way to learn about the product I am selling

What do you like best about the product?
Gong's user experience is very well-designed, at least when compared with Chorus. Navigating settings is a great example. But the their integration with Salesforce is far superior - that makes it much more useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found many downsideds, TBH. It defaults to sending too many email notifications, but that is easily fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are mostly using it for sales coaching, and helping newer members of the team listen in to what works. That has helped them get up to speed fast. As a sales manager, I also find the integration with Salesforce and email very helpful for monitoring the "pulse" of our interactions with prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Gongs onboarding team and the resources available on the gong academy/help center are extremely helpful when starting out with Gong! I am extremely happy with the ability to have targeted deal insights directed to both individuals and the team level for my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user profile setup could have a bit more options available to set up different internal departments in the system but overall everything is smooth sailing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using gong to have better insight into "what good looks like" for sales and our product teams. Gong is a great way to coach and track the success of new sales methodologies, playbooks, or initiatives rolled out. We also love to use it as a tool to keep our product teams informed of what customers are asking for in new feature sets! Great way to hear exactly what our customers are asking for, in their own words - literally!

What do you like best about the product?
I've been amazed at how quickly our team has adopted the tool and started using it regularly. I think that's a tribute to the quality of the tool and it's relative ease-of-use. I have enjoyed the reporting tool and the automated notifications, personally. I also like the volume and granularity of the data available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I don't like about the tool yet. It has quickly become one of my favorite tools in our sales tech stack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has opened us up to a level of visibility that we simply haven't had before, which was a severe limitation as we grew and scaled the sales team. We can easily review meeting recordings, share them amongst the team, and leverage actionable data from calls. We also have better insight into areas for improvement on the team while enabling us to step up our sales coaching abilities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Trial it if you can to ensure adoption but it's an extremely powerful tool and touches many facets of the business.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been a great resource for our company. The call intelligence and transcripts mixed with the search function allow me to analyze calls faster than ever and really get an understanding of what our customers are looking for and how our team is servicing them.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a little trouble early on connecting it properly to our CRM as we do a lot more B2C selling rather than B2B. The B2B integration with CRMs is super easy, but it takes a little more work with the B2C.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're understanding our pain points faster and easier than before. This allows us to make quicker decisions from the data that helps our business continue to grow.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to review calls and e3nhance my notes, and pass the customer's message precisely as intended. Also, it makes training A LOT easier. I also love the ability to send my customers the calls that we had for a refresher as well as show the product team issues that our customers have had.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new AI tools are amazing! I think there is a bit more that can be done for account-wide searches/prompts rather than just call-specific searches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training is a lot easier as you can show examples to new hires. Giving internal feedback using customer feedback. Coaching and mentoring other team members that have are customer facing. Call summarization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd 100% recommend for sales and customer experience communications.

What do you like best about the product?
Love Gong - it is the best way to provide real-time feedback to my team in CS. It is a game-changer product for anyone in a go-to-market function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I could leave responses offline - I often listen to Gong on the go (even on airplanes!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coaching, giving feedback, training/team onboarding, understanding client concerns, and pain points. It helps me stay close to my team and make sure they have the tools they need to be successful.

What do you like best about the product?
Collaborating between teams makes each day much easier. We have so many calls with customers and the ability to upload and track all our calls is great. Training and onboarding become easy when we can share all relevant info via recorded calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the service can be slow to load and customers have expressed confusion when navigating the platform.
