Super helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Hearing yourself recorded is super essential in sales to improve. This very powerful tool to take advantage of that. I like the integration with email so you don't need to worry about setting them up.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to delete a video in my organization. I'm new to the company, and bombed one of my first ones and it was super embarrassing, and they wont let me delete it... If I had thinner skin, i think that would make me lose sleep at night.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My own problems, listening to myself is teaching me what to change much more quickly to improve vs not having this tool to review all my calls.

ability to search old calls, transition accounst easily, tie to CRM to track opop risk.

ability for managers to have that much transparency into sales reps day.

forecasting , risk management, knowledge transfer. note taking from calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Works in so many ways! Provides valuable metrics, and insight into calls. Easy to understand where there is room for improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like it to adapt to recording regular calls, not only virtual meetings.

Great for sales development, and oboanding and training new hires.

If you hold virtual meetings with customers, you have to try it.

What do you like best about the product?
The ways in which gong breaks down call topics and utilizes a color-coded grid for the conversation is super awesome. It helps me to see the overall transaction and when I brought up what points.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have no areas in which I wouldn't say I like Gong. It's easy to navigate, it's user-friendly, it's useful. I have no points to make to better the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me understand how my conversations and sales pitch is doing overall. It helps me to see what areas I need to talk about more and less. I love that feature.

What do you like best about the product?
Reviewing my calls or my team's calls is invaluable for growth and best practices. Gong offers a view of deals in your pipeline, sales cycle, and engagement and flags any at risk to stay on top of deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The audio transcript could be better. The Assist feature is fantastic but sometimes fails to pick up a follow-up made. Improving these two would be a game-changer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me stay on track with deals, engagement, and forecast accuracy. My productivity has improved a lot since I started using Gong. Our team performance has increased.

Gong is a must-have tool. I would request it in my toolset from any organization.

It's a great tool for myself and our teams to track and give each other feedback and work on constantly improving our telephone and video calls with clients as well as internal meetings and presentations.

There is nothing that I dislike about the product.

It made the entire process of tracking calls and presentations much more transparent and enabled us to constantly comment and give each other feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
Keywords. data analysis showing the keywords that are most effective in a sales call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there is no list of words to choose from off of the metadata that Gong acquires which keywords are the best outside of the newsletter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most sales pitches are the same. There are few differences except industry-specific pains. Gong allows me to identify those key differences faster.

I really like the core functionality of being able to view my team's calls/meetings - it's easy to use and has great analytics!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that you can't see people's videos on Zoom recordings when they are sharing their screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a leader I'm able to accurately keep track of my team's deals in progress and understand where they need support, and if anything is at risk in their pipeline.

Makes it super easy and effective to coach your sales reps and have your reps coach themselves as well as listen in on top performers' calls as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing except it can run a little slow and I have had issues finding calls for certain reps.

The main problem it solves is it helps in Rep ramp-up time, it allows more tenured reps to continue to sharpen their sword, and it helps me effectively stay on top of my reps

It's simple to use and only takes minutes to learn.

What do you dislike about the product?
Only the less than 100% accuracy of the transcripts but, I compensate knowing from experience how to choose search words.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Who said what and when. I deal with problem-solving, and I am responsible for the best experience we can give our customers and partners. Sometimes I have to find a single word or a phrase that can make all the difference. This makes a big difference in customers' lives and also has been invaluable to training.
