What do you like best about the product?
Gong's integration with Salesforce is next level. Associating all prospects to opportunities in SFDC makes it easier to manage!

What do you like best about the product?
Gong enables me to be fully present for my customer calls instead of the distraction that comes with note-taking. Additionally, having a tool to review calls in preparation for the next meeting has led to a better process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike. Transcription services can always get better but it's no worse than any other intelligent solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm better able to self correct any shortcomings in delivery/discovery as well as have more complete notes from my conversations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Gong is best as a tool for the sales/service individual for note-taking & self-coaching instead of for managers to check in on employee activity. Allowing employees to self-drive and utilize the tool will lead to broader adoption and better results.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only hiccup I've encountered is that recordings may be shared for a limited time and I have to ask the owner for permission to listen if the allotted time has passed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has been extremely helpful for sharing information and learning experiences internally. It is a great coaching and training tool.

Once you try it, you won't be able to live without it.

some words are not detected correctly based on the accent

improving the style of conversations, its structure and see if they are balanced plus building a database of knowledge based on keywords
Insightful, Necessity, Game Changing
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to review calls and put together a game plan for future calls on the account is an irreplaceable asset. Must have for every sales org. This is also a game-changer for managers looking to review and give feedback on their team's calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used their competitor's tools in the past and Gong does a fantastic job at providing a tool that's easy to use. One thing that could be improved is the follow-up notifications letting you know action items on the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not experienced any problems at this point. Benefits have saved mem a lot of time not having to take notes so I can focus on being in the moment in each of my calls.

Gong is honestly a flawless platform, it has helped me numerous times in my career.

See what I am lacking in my process, and try new things to get different results!
Great for keeping track of calls
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to go in and listen to my calls and to see where the pauses in the conversation are/where I talked too much.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like sometimes it doesn't always record every call I have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving my issues with not making phone calls long enough or not being the best quality. I can see how I can work on specific aspects of my calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to not only listen to my calls I made directly through SalesLoft but I also can listen to my coworkers as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike! I definitely can see maybe the interface getting a little bit more organized but other than that I enjoy the product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of wondering what to say during calls especially when brining new people to the team, It is a great way to show the team what to say and how to say it.
I definitely recommend using Gong!

I like how user-friendly Gong is. It is easy to figure out where you need to access information. I like the layout most.

We use Gong for multiple things. It helps us have access to pertinent calls and conversations. It is incredibly beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to listen to calls to get a better idea on what works with the best SDRs and then I incorporate what is working and what sounds the most comfortable.
What do you dislike about the product?
How I have so much more to learn haha! I really love the platform. I don't know of anything that you guys haven't thought of. Never did I know I needed a product so badly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Words tracks and small talk topics have been expanded more than I could have ever imagined! I am more productive by being able to listen not only to my mistakes but gain ideas as well.
