What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to revise the calls and navigate between the various sections and participants' inputs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The voice quality needs improvement, and the transcripts could be more accurate.

We are demoing for prospects and customers.
Gong is a sales game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to revisit calls and ensure that next steps are met. When you have long demo calls you can sometimes miss important takes from the prospect so having the ability to go back and hear things that made them speak allow me to deliver quality follow ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
That our current integration with Salesforce doesn't actually put links for me to click to easily get to the calls. I love that they get stored there, but I would like to click the call and go right to it or even have the ability to share with the prospect right from SF.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clearer understanding of what transpired on sales / client follow up calls. Balls are no longer dropped and expectations continue to get met. Sharing the call with prospects also keeps them in the loop on what we discussed so everyone is always on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is the best follow up tool in our company because we can use it to rate our calls and help us better to assist our callers and listening to our own calls helps us to improve our delivery to our customers
What do you dislike about the product?
The Transcripts aren't user friendly I tried to utilize it once and the conversations never matches up with the actual spoken words via transcript
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can use GONG to listen to my calls and if I missed something I need from the caller I can locate the call and listen to it also I can listen to my delivery of assistance to my callers and use that to improve wherever I may fall short

Gong makes it super easy to find specific sections of calls – couldn't live without it
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to zero in on specific sections based on who spoke. The transcript feature is also really handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't consistently been able to automate adding assistant@gong.io to all my Zoom calls – I always add the email manually just in case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Review quality of customer calls, provide supporting review doc to customers.
Impressive software
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it's able to determine the talk ratio between the client and I. Some other great features about GONG is being able to grab certain keywords from the conversation and highlight them. I also like the "patience" feature where it tells me how many seconds do I wait before I speak.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing so far. There were times where the recorded didn't capture the zoom meeting and I had to upload the video. Because of that, it doesn't tell me the "patience" feature and does not provide the transcript.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It drives sales effectiveness across the entire team. What's great about it is it can pick up keywords like what competitors do our clients work with as well. Are there features that our clients don't like about our product? What do they like about the services we provide? Rather than taking notes, GONG solves that issue for us.

Gong is such a helpful tool for Sales so we can review our pitch, make improvements, and also remember what our prospects tell us! Adios to writing notes when you have Gong to record everything :)

There's so much data within Gong that I am not always sure how to use it all effectively.

Tremendously helpful in allowing me to focus on what my customer is saying instead of worrying about taking notes fast enough

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use and great to have all previous recordings in one place. The analytics provided from those calls provide helpful insight as to how to improve and monitor performance
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any major problems with Gong. It can sometimes be hard to find the type of call your looking for if you don't know the account name or title of the call. This is really not serious though

Training and onboarding have been super easy. To have access to thousands of your teams calls in one place makes learning a new role and product a breeze.
Another major benefit is being able to monitor your own performance as well as access information from previous calls you may have missed.

It's a very interesting tool that helps take notes for you during the call; you can use it to remind yourself of what happened during the call or learn what your colleagues did

Gong and TrustedSite
What do you like best about the product?
I work as a Sales Operations Administrator for TrustedSite. As someone consistently helping our sales team become better reps, I have found Gong to be a very beneficial tool. We hold weekly call reviews and improve our sales strategy, as well as save clips and information from our recordings using Gong. Gong is integrated with our Zoom and Outreach account, making it extremely valuable for our sales strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a function in Gong to be challenging to use. Gong is a great tool that I believe any company with a sales team should be utilizing, especially if you have any outbound or inbound calling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Here at TrustedSite we use Gong as a tool to review our calls with prospects and customers. With sales cadences changing throughout the year, Gong gives out team the opportunity to learn from others in the company and how they approach our customer/prospect database.
It does does so much more than just record your calls!
What do you like best about the product?
It records my calls; I can navigate to specific sections of the call using key word search; I like that I can easily send links to the call recordings to my customers (and edit / trim out any dead space at the beginning of the call); I like that I get warning reminders if any of my opportunities have been neglected for more than 14 days. When I was a new hire, I was able to get up to speed much faster by listening to my peers demo calls which were recorded in Gong! -- These are the key use cases which are most important to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know my manager wishes there was a quick/easy way to restrict certain calls from certain groups ... example: If he has a private 1:1 call with an employee and does not want the other peer employees to be able to view the contents of that private call ... or if he has a leadership call with other managers or team leads, and wants that call to be privvy only to them and not their subordinates. Perhaps there's a way to do this ... if so, it's not easily visible to find?

Staying on top of my active sales pipeline, and the ability to record/share calls both internally & externally.
