#1 Best Tool in our Tech Stack

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has the most reliable recording capabilities and call analysis than any other software.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is nitpicky, but the user experience / page layout could be made simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've tried other tools to record our sales conversations, but nothing has worked like Gong. It's very reliable and low-maintenance.

What do you like best about the product?
The entire functionality of Gong is amazing. Having transcripts post-call is great, especially for managers to review calls without having to always listen in. I think keywords is anotehr great functionality that can be used to help ensure reps are mentioning specific things in phone calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing honestly. Gong has been fantastic. Even the experience I had with customer service was fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call recording, tracking and training. Being able to ensure successful conversations with prospects that we can use to learn from.

Impressive, They've thought of Everything!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the insights they provide. Every company boasts "insights", and they usually fail to answer the questions we actually ask. As I navigate Gong, all the questions I would ask are answered by the data-driven insights they provide.
I also love how simple the setup is. Everything about the product is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcription is not perfect. That's a lot to ask for, but it's really the only thing I dislike about Gong, well... and maybe that the deal board only updates every 4-6 hours. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The deal board is the best forecasting tool we have. We've build dashboards in DOMO, but Gong's presentation is better.
From the deal board we can see the forecast as well as how well we're working the deals, with activity levels, SNEs, and other insights that Gong provides out of the box.
We have set up trackers to spot poor sentiment on renewal calls to help management identify risky renewals.

The insights into potential risks for our deals, we can get ahead of as many potential deal killers as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot think of any at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How we can be in the drivers seat for deals.
Building an enablement library for our team.
Marketing can see what is working to help us build better collateral.
We can review the good, the bad and the ugly as a team to learn.
Coaching for our sales reps.
Sales leaders can jump in and assist easier.

What do you like best about the product?
-Deal board let's us see which deals have risk and why (not a black box oppty score)
-Visualize which deals have activity and when
-Thought leadership at the company
-Automatically update SFDC with competition mentioned and other items
-Shows which reps are getting ghosted the most
-Helps with fast ramp time
-Saves times on jotting down notes
What do you dislike about the product?
-Pricing is getting expensive and we want everyone to use the tool

What do you like best about the product?
I love having the ability to share training session recordings out with my customers as soon as they're finished. It allows them to review areas we have discussed and share with any team members who missed the session. I also love the ability to find key words from calls to reference back to the product team for feature requests, bugs etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the default number of days the recording is available for when I send it out to my customers. I'll usually push it to 30 or 60 days, but I don't see the purpose of having a limit

More self-driven training for customers

What do you like best about the product?
I have used wingman in the past, and I believe Gong is 10 times better
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit hard to understand initially. But you'll get the hang of it soon enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our demos get recorded there. These demos are reviewed by sales leaders and the same can be used to coach our sales team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the best tool out there. It integrates seamlessly with other tools

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use in collaboration around reviewing calls and making notes/giving feedback on areas where improvement is to be made.

I like the % of talk time feature which highlights patterns for improvement of active listening as well as highlighting good open ended question asks prompting further discussion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to really say. All systems and automation work as intended and upload quickly. Transcribing feature still needs improvement to be more accurate but its not something that is too impactful in general use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skill improvement and knowledge gaps being highlighted. Enabled feedback to be given even after a call may be missed due to conflicting schedules. Has made team members more accountable with greater transparency leading to improvement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're in Sales and work across larger organizations with long sales cycles you would be doing yourself a disservice not to look at tools like Gong to drive performance improvements in your sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Gong is able to very accurately transcribe and break down each caller's speaking duration during a sales call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Gong's call review can take a while to process. Other times, it's pretty fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Gong to look to review my sales pitch and approach. Noticing important details the prospect might have brought up that I failed to hear during the call. Additionally, it's helped me remove fillers like "umm" and "you know" from my typical sales calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Great for onboarding new reps and sharing "what does good look like?"
Great for leaders, sellers and even customers when it comes to knowledge-sharing, best practices, source of truth with customers, etc.
