One of the best tools I have used in a while

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automatically sign in to my calls with prospects and customers and record the meeting
What do you dislike about the product?
Inviting Gong into the meeting is still a little difficult as we have to send an email to a gong email address. Would be nice if there was a button or something that can automate this process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to focus in meetings knowing that there is a Gong recording that I can fallback on after the meeting to review.

Gong has also been really helpful for learning as I can review calls by my peers to see how they handle similar meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Able to review calls with clients and review the ups and the downs of a call. Great for coaching opportunities
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the transcripts do translate clearly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used for trainings to help improve retention and upsell techniques.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can see the calls that were set up before me. My SDRs do okay, but don't take great notes, and don't always pick up the same things I might in a call. I love going to listen to the calls myself to prep. I also love that I can just jot down a timestamp of an important note in a call instead of trying to write it down.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like that they have call statistics, but I would like to see more where I fall in a given range, compared to my peers. I think it may just be a setting to turn on, but when they say that my average wait time is 0.7 seconds, is that good or bad?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking notes. Gathering all the possible details. Training. Checking on my account development team to see what their calls really are like.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the insights Gong gives during sales calls, that they let you skip between speakers and that they also transcribe the call for you. It helps our marketing team quickly skim through the conversation and pull out key insights!
What do you dislike about the product?
This is the first software I have used of its kind and can't think of any downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have realized immense benefits in our marketing campaigns by being able actually to listen to the pain points of our prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Automatic call records while on customer calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, I really like using Gong
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever I feel that I have missed something in a call, I always go back to the recording and revisit the call and then will add the points.
It gives me access to view other's calls as well, which is excellent to shadow some amazing calls, discussions that happened with others, making me learn more about our product, how the customer thinks and reacts.

Nothing as such at this point in time

What do you like best about the product?
That the audio recordings are converted to text transcripts for quick viewing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a long time for my calls to be uploaded to Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of continuous sales training. Being able to hear what works well for my coworkers and having the chance to critique myself.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the transcribe feature as well as the "action items" after a call. When you work with a ton of clients, this comes in handy to make sure you are closing all gaps on the next steps and not leaving anything out!
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcribe feature doesnt always pick up exact words, but you can always jump to the video to clarify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is so much easier for follow ups and not leaving out important details. It helps you follow up with all action items you stated!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to go back and look at calls with all the information being labeled (who is talking when, subjects being talked about, etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, UI/UX is great. Emails sent after every call is annoying but that is easily fixed in settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying pain points, bettering myself as a sales person, updated Salesforce with notes from the calls

What do you like best about the product?
When management reviews my calls and offers suggestions, it is much easier to go back and listen to the conversations and hone my skills.
I can also learn from the most successful people in the office by listening to their calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint is that the system is so robust that there is a lot to learn to help improve my conversations with prospects. I am learning to master it little by little.
Ongoing training and an online tutorial video would also be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing the calls is easy. I have not encountered any problem that increased usage wouldn't address.
It's just becoming more familiar with the program; time will solve that.

Game Changer for the Customer Success Org

What do you like best about the product?
The level of visibility we get with Gong (and didn't have previously) is amazing. Gong has become a critical part of our customer 360 view allowing us to, as a team, grow our skills by sharing the calls that work and collaboratively improving on the calls that don't.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike as much as something we don't really need/use is the deal tracking capability. I'd imagine it's great for sales but it's not really something we care about for my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Gong we've improved our call quality considerably in conjunction with a team review process, we've simplified note taking and followup (the historical issue of missing context/content when you are writing other key points down during a call) in addition we've been able to have a more nuanced handoff from Sales to CS given that CS can review sales calls for incoming new customers to really get the full understanding of what customers expectations were going in. This is HUGE and simplifies our handoff significantly.
