Habit Buster!
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has helped me to understand my verbal habits (filler words, word overuse, etc.) and adjust accordingly with each client call.
What do you dislike about the product?
The annotation isn't always very accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving how to better communicate with clients as well as providing my manager with my wins and areas of improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I love all the data that comes along with the calls. It is super helpful for training and becoming a better CSM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I wish it did was covert the calls a little quicker, but I understand that takes time and it is not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because we are able to record our training sessions, we are saving time because if one of our clients misses it they can always go back and rewatch it. It is super helpful.
Gong is amazing, easy to use and great for reviewing calls

* Being able to listen back to calls on 2x the speed and skip to parts of the conversation where a prospect is speaking to make notes and flag action items quickly.
* Gong is also great for training as you can use detailed filtering to find calls at a specific part of the sales process (ie. discovery) and learn from colleagues.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the text transcriptions are not always entirely accurate; it's a minor thing, but if that improved, that could save even more time writing call summaries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* Better active listening on discovery calls as you know you can always listen back for non-crucial info after the call.
* Stronger email summaries and action items following a call.
* Faster onboarding by being able to listen to calls from colleagues.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out first, and make sure to connect your CRM so you can track calls within accounts and during different points of the sales process.

The option to split by a speaker is incredible.

No option to skip forward in 15 sec. That would be great.

Very friendly UI, easy to use! Having the statistic per call is great.

I can easily share call cases with all the team, or specific reps. Also it is easy to give a feedback and have control about how many call I've listened
GONG - reflection of the traditional sales call
What do you like best about the product?
GONG is silently working in the background as you complete daily tasks and interact with your customers. GONG is not "another" clinky tool to use, but holds you accountable to perform better, grow and excel on each subsequent interaction you have.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of bells and whistles that GONG provides and I am only using the bare minimum to improve daily interactions with my customers. GNG may seem overwhelming if I did not have a counterpart walk me through the aspects that I do use now on a daily basis
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I live in the TEAM STATS section of GONG, making sure to have a balance of Talk Ratio, short monologues to ensure the call is about the customer and not myself, allowing my customer the greatest time to talk about their stories and that there is good interactivity between myself and my customers. These tools provide an immediate reflection on what needs to change NOW for the next call, instead of continuing bad habits.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and provides easy insights post call for me to action up. Also very intuitive UI for navigating previous conversations with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the search feature doesn't return the results that I would like. Seems to have a hard time indexing titles of calls.

Has been really beneficial to us and customers to provide actionable insight into next steps post call

I would definitely suggest you give Gong a shot. Has been very invaluable.

Ability to review, track, and diagnose weak and solid sales cycles.

It sometimes has trouble with foreign accents.

Ability to go back and review and ensure you didn't miss anything. Allows the entire team to collaborate, strategize, and learn from one another.

Easy to use. I love the transcript capabilities.

I really have no problems with Gong. It is super easy and provides tremendous value.

Gong has allowed me to see how everyone is having success on the phones. Super helpful since we are remote and can't just ask. Also, it will help people onboard quicker because they can see a convo.
