What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to review my calls with clients and tag my team members for feedback.

I like just about everything in gong. There are so many great tools.

We're solving having to schedule 1:1's and sifting through calls to do call reviews and feedback
Game Changer -
What do you like best about the product?
The recording of the conversation with transcripts is a game changer, it really allows you to focus on having a conversation with your client, without having to take notes, it does it for you. You can go back to hear your recordings and it is ready and accessible immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
It acts as an additional person on the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the time I have to take notes, and increasing productivity on client calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to review calls to check my approach and review client questions so I deliver post call. It provides the ideal chance learn and improve.

Nothing. I thought clients may object but it's never happened. We are upfront about our use and offer to send recordings to them as well.

Constantly improve
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who is constantly looking for ways to improve my calls and also is a terrible judge of myself, this gives me the ability to pinpoint areas of opportunity with my managers and teammates to get specific ways to improve.
I've also used it many times as a means of collecting evidence for renewal conversations and quotes for potential marketing opps.

What do you dislike about the product?
The transcripts aren't always great- sometimes they're a bit silly. That said, you can 99% of the time pick out a keyword and find what you were looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Feedback loop & specific coaching without the need for leadership on calls.

I really like how user-friendly Gong is.

Not the best with identifying conversation topics.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to rely on Gong after any call to review the conversation, listen or find key information that you may have missed as part of the conversation. The recording makes it also very easy to send snippets to other people in the team as they are brought into the conversation and giving them real examples of background information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching of the call can be clunky with the search function or trying to find the right call on the home page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to remember calls from months ago, re-review calls with new team members, and share experiences of wins or losses to learn as we progress.

What do you like best about the product?
Besides the integration with DialPad, I LOVE having a transcript of the call alongside the recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcripts occassionally get words wrong. Example: on a recent call, someone was discussing a "serial" connection, but the transcript read a "payroll" connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Gong for training/onboarding as well as live account management and opportunity development. Being able to review call recordings with others often lets others shed light on perspectives that the original call participants did not think of "real time".
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give this a try. Once you try it you will never want to work without it again.
