That you can see what they're talking about on the screen while you're talking.

Sometimes the sound can be poor from the person on the other end

What do you like best about the product?
This is literally the best product I have ever used. At least once a week I catch myself saying, "I wishI could watch this show Gong style in 1.5x speed." I love that call reviews are made so much more effective by being able to watch them in 1.5x speed, 2x speed and 2.5x speed. I can easily review an hour long call in 30 minutes. The software allows you to tag individuals in your organization and timestamp specific points of calls.
I wish I had this when I was a sales rep and sales manager. As a CSM this was helpful and allowed me to focus on the conversation without getting distracted or losing momentum due to taking notes. Afterwards, if I ever forgot any part of the call I was able to review it without any issue.
As a manager now, this tool gives me so much visibility into my teams performance and their conversations. If there are escalations, it's super easy to see if there was a missed expectation somewhere along the process.
Gong also makes it SUPER easy to search conversations and emails by keywords. It also gives you and your team insights into patience levels, talk ratios and interactivity.
Literally, I cannot say enough great things about Gong!

Nothing in particular, some features are more valuable for closing roles vs S/BDR roles.

Call coaching and feedback, trends on individual reps' calls. Quick to leave feedback and review calls.

Leverage the data Gong collects from multiple calls, encourage your team to select the calls they want feedback on
Great tool for training of new team members!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to analyze calls/demos by seeing things like filler words, discovery questions, and stats are extremely helpful. I've been able to go back and review calls in order to get up to speed on new accounts without the back and forth with an old account owner. This is also very helpful when looking back on what people could have done better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface seems a bit unorganized but also it's organized....kind of a messy organization. I'm still getting used to how to navigate everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For new hire training, there is a far richer database of resources at our fingertips to accelerate learning and not be at the whims of each day's calls.

I like that you can share, review and become better at what you do every day but being able to re-listen to the calls.

I do not dislike anything. It is all around a great resource

I do not think there has been any problems. The benefits are that it is always reliable and uploads the new calls very efficiently.

Amazing that i can listen to all my managers, fellow bdrs and AEs calls, it is the best learning tool for bdrs to improve their cold call skills

nothing really tbh, I haven't come across any real flaws as yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to become better at my cold calls and also able to understand what works and what doesnt. its also a great source for me to go back and listen to what a prospect said before our next meeting
Gong helps you stay on top of everything
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to record the meetings you or your colleagues can't attend is really helpful. Also, keeping them for the record is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
it would be great if Gong had Slack integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong, not only tracks who speaks when but also tracks the screen shares, topics and people can add comments. Thanks to that, I am able to watch a meeting I missed or share my meeting with my team for transparency, ask for advice or help them learn something new.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it integrates with the other systems we use and it gives me reminders about each call of things I said I would do. When on a call it can be hard to write down or catch everything.

I can't think of anything so far. I need the training to see all that your platform can do

We are doing quality control and training. it helps with consistency and breaking bad habits.
Super Easy to Use and Automated!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that every call is automatically in Gong and it's automated and requires absolutely no thinking to make sure it's uploaded. Additionally, it has everybody's voice and script aligned perfectly so you can isolate specific audio and points in the trainings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little getting used to the idea of everything being recorded and shared with the entire team instantly. It almost feels like every presentation given is to hundreds of people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to be in more than one place at once because if I cannot attend a training or session, I can rewatch it later incredibly easily. Additionally, it's effortless to share with clients to make sure that teams can repurpose session recordings.

Make sure that your video systems are integrated with it so that your trainings and calls are automatically uploaded to Gong.
