Gong helps me train my team and captures meeting notes that I might have missed
What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to past calls. Easy search functionality. I also enjoy the transcript option for the video so I can quickly find the place in the call that I care about
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have back-to-back gong meetings, the same link is used. I have had some instances where I have 2 customer calls back to back and a customer joined a few mins early and interrupted the previous meeting. I have learned to not schedule Gong for back-to-back meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage a team and I cannot be on all calls with my team members. With Gong, I am able to select a few calls a week to review and see how my team members are progressing. I have also used Gong to help ensure all action items are captured post-call. Which is great.
I wish I had this platform in previous sales roles! Game changer

Sometimes I have difficulty locating calls
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am becoming a better rep by regularly listening to calls. I have found a lot of benefit in listening to my own calls with such ease and having the ability to score calls, notate in real time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Gong to anyone in sales or leadership for assistance in coaching and improving as a sales rep. Even listening to a few calls a week has made an impact for me.
Incredible tool for new employee onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of search, the customer timeline, the playback speed options, and the transcript features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was not able to successfully use the live call feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to get up to speed faster as a new employee and get more context on account history. This has made me more credible with my customers and more likely to renew them successfully.
Can't go wrong with Gong
What do you like best about the product?
The filter search makes it very easy to search for calls/recordings based on specific criteria. It's nice to have a shared space where I can learn from my peers as well and see what works and what doesn't.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that we waited so long to get it. With Gong, I've learned exponentially more from my colleagues, and the data Gong provides on each of our calls. My sales have gone up, and my confidence in selling and navigating conversations has dramatically improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Gong, I've realized that even the littlest things - specific words over another or an extra second in a pause - can make such an impact on the conversation outcome.

Gong has improved our visibility across teams!
What do you like best about the product?
You can tag a team member in a specific minute where they should listen to the call. You can also mention them by name, and it will notify them!
We have Gong integrated into Slack. Whenever a call is complete, it posts to a public channel so anyone interested can listen in.

The transcription feature could be much better

I do not have to take as many notes and document every single customer call, as Gong solves the need to do that!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able o be graded by my leaders by the calls I made a receive informational feedback that'll help with my evolvement in my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the most straightforward interface; it's difficult for me to find my designated team to listen to their calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently dealing with finding the correct calls I would like to listen to, and the benefits I'm seeing is that I can listen to everyone's calls and perfect my craft.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to search keywords in both phone calls and emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to download the app in order to get the full experience on an iPhone to view calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding and training. The ability to view my predecessors calls and sales pitches has saved everyone so much time in onboarding me as a new employee.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Gong first is the recording itself, as I no longer have to balance my note taking , listening and asking my next relevant question. Also the ability to re-listen to ensure I didn't miss anything. Next is the metrics, knowing how I compare against my peers and best practice. And the ability to observe and listen to my peers for self-improvement.

Audio translation is good but can it be better?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp-up for new salespeople is critical and Gong is a tremendous help in getting us there more quickly.
The best revenue intelligence tool I've used
What do you like best about the product?
I can instantly view my pipeline by rep and look at the general health of their deals in the pipe. You can quickly search for key competitor mentions, points of differentiations, keys talk tracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is pretty exceptional - the only addtion that would be helpful would be the ability to opt in to messaging across different apps on your mobile phone - many of our clients message via WhatsApp, text, etc. If I could have the complete holistic view of all messaging it would be even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have improved visibility to my sales pipeline and can see where deals are stalling - it's significantly better than what I had just utilizing Salesforce...I can build flags inside the dashboard to look for deals that aren't multi-threaded or may not have the next meeting set up. I also use this as my primary teaching tool and leave comments on calls for points of improvement.
