Essential tool for teams of all sizes
What do you like best about the product?
Deal boards to spotlight at risk deals in pipeline, Gong app for Zoom for live commenting, and Slack integration
What do you dislike about the product?
No Slack integration for comments, integration with Hubspot is very lightweight and one-directional
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team alignment and communication, enablement, team selling, product and marketing feedback

Great for team selling. Set up your deal boards quickly. Enable team members with the gong app for zoom if you use native zoom integration

I like how I can review all my call and all my colleague's calls. We can really learn from each other and share feedback in the comments!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could add words to the Gong dictionary. They always get my company name wrong in the transcript. LOL
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong let's me review my calls, review the transcript, and pull out examples of where I have implemented new skills, micro behaviors, or feedback. I can see my improvement and report on it!
Very easy to use and truly helps with getting better.

UI very well done better than what we were using before.

Nothing. The app does what it is supposed to do.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and easy it is to use Gong. I love being able to highlight snippets of calls to share with my team. It's a great platform for feedback across teams as well.

I do not have any negative critiques for this platform.

I get feedback from mentors and peers through Gong and they can highlight achievements and places for improvement on my calls easily.

The ability to get scheduled reports on competitors and product features allows me to keep a pulse on the business

The UI to set up the reports is a bit cumbersome

Trying to figure out which integrations to build. I have a report that shows me how often different products are mentioned in sales calls and then I can listen to the exact discussion

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can watch my teammate's videos and learn from them. I like how I can filter into the Gong videos to find specific videos that I want to watch based on the sales rep, the industry of the customer, and the product being pitched. I find extreme value in watching videos from seasoned representatives to implement best practices into my own sales videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the filtering can be more manageable. It takes me a long time to find a specific video on a particular topic.

I am perfecting my sales pitch as well as hearing best practices from other sales representatives.

For me Gong is a straight forward platform helping our customers and sales team brings out their best.

Gong has boosted our sales productivity,also enhance collaboration among departments. The user experience is phenomenal. Bring out the best from our sales team by offering incentives coaching.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to re-watch videos with increased speed. Segmenting the audio out by participant is helpful to skip forward to the segments I need to review. It's also great as a training tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about this tool.

Training and reviewing videos to understand the customer asks better and recall the documentation I need to send over.

Honestly, I don't dislike anything. The only thing I wish it had was faster call upload speeds, but really it isn't an issue at all.
