Something I can't work without
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is amazing - I am able to send calls easily to management and colleagues. Without this feature it would be hard to receive feedback and excel in my position.
What do you dislike about the product?
That uploads can be delayed and it can take a while to send the calls to my AE's
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I receive amazing feedback from my peers in order to provide the best call to a prospect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to step up your BDR skills, I recommend using gong and sending your calls to management and colleagues for feedback!
Gong redefines the meaning of sales calls "follow-up"
What do you like best about the product?
By listening to the Gong recording of your sales meetings, you turbo-charge the impact and meaning of your next steps. Your follow-up emails and verbal conversations resonate more with your prospects because you're using the same language they said to you. This reminds them that you were paying attention to the conversation. Yo Integrated what was important to them. This solidifies the relationship. This increases trust.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only area of improvement is some of the voice-to-text transcript attempts are incorrect but considering that some people talk very fast and some people have strong accents it's very understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I could not remember everything the customer says during the call without Gong. The benefits are more knowledge and understanding

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Gong gives you the ability to revisit calls and take additional notes that were missed on the original call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that anyone can review your calls. That feature has its pros and cons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong gives you the ability to retrieve essential details missed during the initial call.

Excellent Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is an incredible tool that keeps all of our organization's calls in one central place. It is simple to search for specific calls when we are doing reviews or training. I love that everything is organized and the platform is so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't found anything I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we started using Gong, our calls were being saved all over the place! It was challenging to review calls or use them for training. But now that we are using Gong, it's a breeze. Our call quality has improved because we are able to go back and listen for areas that need improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
Follow Gong on LinkedIn...I feel seen every time they post..."3 moments when deals go to die" or "the one thing you should now to strengthen pipeline" etc. Just a really casual reminder of all the things I should/should not be doing. It feels good to be part of that sales community!
But actually, I love the Gong recorded transcripts. Super helpful for copying my notes into Salesforce.

Transcript could do a better job at clipping talking points ie. pricing, next steps, objections.

Improving my talk time, question rate, interactivity
An amazing management and organisation tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has a seamless integration with Office 365 that both allows recording of meetings for management review and training purposes, but excellent action\follow up summaries straight to your inbox and additional workflow aids through the Web UI. The speech to text and action insights is amazingly accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
A great solution for recording meetings, no issues with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track commitments and next steps with the presalkes technical team who are often working back to back and can forget what commitments they have for clients. Gong will very quickly at the end of the cvall give a list of summary actions for later review. The system is also great for training and performance review through the automated recording process.
Gamechanger
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to go back and listen to my calls thoroughly is genuinely remarkable. And to receive recommendations, along with action items, Gong has eliminated so much stress and has improved the quality of my work!

The voice-to-text feature is not accurate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to be self sufficient in my role with Gong. The technology helps me improve aspects of my calls and has provided me with an upper edge.
Provided invaluable training for me as an a new SDR for The Search Monitor
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy listening back to the calls from my Account Executives here at The Search Monitor so that I can learn exactly what they are focusing on with our prospects. This helps know what to go after in my efforts as a SDR.

There is not much that I don't like about Gong. I've found it to be a very valuable tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we are solving with Gong is selling and getting better at it!
Awesome tool for sales insights
What do you like best about the product?
The insights it gives us into what's happening on the phone with our propects. Allows our managers to provide scores to calls and also feedback directly to reps. Allows us to build trackers on specific words or phrases to help us dig into our calls and demos. With the ability to create deal boards it allows us to build similar views like we would in Salesforce but drill into insights that we may be getting flagged on as well. Where a Salesforce report will just display the data. Gong allows us to dig that layer deeper to better understand all the parts of the deal that may play into getting tehe deal closed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are pretty early into the implementation - and the team has been very helpful with getting us up and running. It does seem like there are a few things to thing throught when setting up the platform for long term use. But the team has been really good with giving us an idea for best practices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving us better insight into whats happening with our deals and whether or not they are likely to close. This helps us see the bigger picture with our deals and prospects. When reporting out of Salesforce we can only get but so much information from the reps. This allows us to actually get the real story into what's actually going on with our conversations and deals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have the resources to implement the product and make sure the team is utilizing it. I would highly recommend the product. It helped us dig into areas that we didn't know were a problem for us.I wish we had this product at other organizations that I have worked at!
