What do you like best about the product?
I love the technology behind Gong. Machine learning is top tier and I love the ease of use. Collaborating with your team is very easy to do as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the search function at times. When I put in one of my accounts it doesn't take me to the recorded call. It takes me to a dialogue box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me perfect my sales pitch

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is an amazing tool that helps me take notes and analyze all of my calls with prospects and customers. It is very helpful to be able to focus on listening and answering follow-up questions, rather than trying to quickly write or type notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is the sometimes awkward moments when a customer jumps on the call and the recorder announces that the call is being recorded but I'm not sure there is anyway to work around that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of notetaking and organizing all of the notes in a way that makes sense for my business. It allows me to focus on asking good questions during the calls and helps me communicate specifics to other internal stakeholders that may be pulled into future meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to understand what good looks like - a critical skill when joining a new company as a sales rep. Especially in a world of remote work, where you cannot hear your colleagues conversations around the sales floor, Gong allows me to ramp quicker by hearing how our prospects talk to us and vice versa.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much at this point - hard to find any cons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm learning how to respond to certain questions, and how to better position our value, by listening to my teammates calls.

Best Sales Enablement Tool Ever

What do you like best about the product?
I have deep dive 60 to 90 minute meetings with my clients to understand their needs. Thanks to GONG we can spend more time engaging and less time taking notes. We know the recording is there for us later.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have any dislikes. For what it is I love it. It has the potential to be a CRM and that would be really cool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training new team members is easier.
Instead of bringing them on a random call that may or may not be good I can select the ones that I know will be valuable.

I like that you can jump at any moment from one part of the call to another and differentation of the different calls part

Trascript maybe too small for my preference

What do you like best about the product?
Because all my calls are recorded and uploaded to Gong, it means I can focus less on taking notes on prospect calls and more on having an organic conversation knowing I can go back and review the call later on Gong and take notes then. It's also a fantastic tool to learn by reviewing colleagues' calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calls don't always upload, but I'm not sure if this is a Zoom issue or a Gong issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being more relaxed and organic on calls. Learning from other colleagues' calls. Ability to review and learn from my own calls.

Incredibly helpful tool to fill in the gaps

What do you like best about the product?
I love how accurate the transcript is. SO if i need ot revisit a conversation and I missed something in that conversation, I can quickly search a keyword and l listen back to it. Also I can listen to my calls the same day - that is great! It feels like a light weight tool with a toon of utilities.

One example of me using Gong is when i got distracted during a requirements phone call and missed vital information. Instead of calling the customer back and letting them know "hey I wasnt paying attention at all" I went into gong and got the information I was looking for within 5 minutes. I cant beat that. Gong picks up the slack for me when its needed!
What do you dislike about the product?
The gong call SOMETIMES takes a bit to join the meeting. But this is very rare. I dont know of much I dislike beyond this. Also sometimes, it does not keep me logged in long enough.

The interface seems a bit unorganized but yet its organized. Kind of a messy organization. This causes me not to want to explore the site in its entirety. I honestly think it would be better to have everything more condensed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes it's hard to reiterate what someone told me to a teammate. Especially with how fast our days move here. So its great to literally be able to go back and quote the customer, or if im in a pinch ill send the gong link and time stamp.

Just try it out!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can speed the recording up when reviewing and that it also converts the recording to words so you can skim that as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure I have any dislikes right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of times what we go over in trainings with our customers is very detailed and not always retained. It is great that we can record it and they can go back and listen to it and also share it with other people on their team that may not have been at the initial training.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Gong generates a transcript that you can search over rather than having to move back and forth through the video recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
The voice to text can get a little weird sometimes, especially when multiple people are talking on a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the transcripts as a document for holding people accountable for the things they say in a meeting. We reference the transcripts much later as a "who said what" document.
