Super super useful tool

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is incredibly helpful training tool to be able to shadow calls across the company at your own leisure, which is particularly useful for new hires. Additionally very useful for sharing calls with prospects or having as reference for details mentioned on the call. It also shows details to help improve your tactics as a sales rep, such as showing how much back and forth there is between you and the prospect- are you talking too much? Easy to search calls for keywords that are both preselected by Gong or in a search bar. Also automatically transcribes the call with a fairly decent accuracy, I'd estimate about 85-90%. Calls are available for review pretty quickly after completion, certainly within the hour but often time within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you start a meeting then have to switch to another meeting service or restart for any reason it will not detect the new meeting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For new hire training there is a far richer database of resources at their fingertips to accelerate learning and not be at the whims of each day's calls. Also very useful for reference both for the seller and prospect to review details and have accountability.

I don't have to take notes during client meetings; I always have an accessible record of what clients said during a call

What do you like best about the product?
I like the option to leave feedback in the side, to pull "topics" and "trackers" retroactively. I like to use the scorecards function to make sure we are structuring the conversation as we teach here at Gusto. I also like the ability to create multiple folders; this helps us separate different types of calls and fuel the feedback loop for internal teams, as the feedback stems directly from customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything that frustrates me while using so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How my reps sell to customers. In person, I could hear what kinds of questions they were asking and just overall quality of call. Gong unlocks the ability to do this remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to listen to my calls and find opportunities for improvement. I also like how we are able to score our calls within our business to see what top performers are doing well and how we can imitate those performers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that people can jump into active meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to listen to my previous calls and find opportunities for growth and places to improve. so my subsequent calls can improve and generate more sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Using transcripts to search by keyword allows you to pinpoint spots in conversations that will be most helpful. I enjoy receiving an email in the morning with reminders of my calls for the day.

Gong allows you to get up to speed on transferred accounts and train new team members with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no current downsides to using Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping to solve training gaps and allows team members to stay up to speed without having to be present in every conversation.

What do you like best about the product?
Finding the calls with keywords, identify the number of calls I audited along with the ratio, Provide comments at a particular duration of the call, audit short calls and give instant feedback that is recorded, add best calls in folders that can be created etc.

Interface is very easy and uer friendly. Helps to share calls with AMs (Account manager).
What do you dislike about the product?
* If we can make the subtitles of the calls more clear and accurate as sometimes the person on call is speaking something but the system picks some other words. Happened quite often
* Call is clear when I was live barging but it's not clear at all for most of the calls on Gong
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* Better coaching
* Find accurate stats for the team

Great technology for evaluating sales call quality and content

What do you like best about the product?
Labels for the call sections make it really easy to find the point in the meeting you want to focus on, automatic transcription, names of attendees are shown, and you can easily see who is currently talking during playback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I don't like based on my current user access (end-user, non-admin).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales call recap and ability to evaluate allows for better coaching, best practice sharing, and continuous learnning. Not having to remember everything spoken on a call is also very useful.

Easiest way to access any trainings

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Gong starts automatically on the calls. The integration is seamless and really easy to access the content after. This has been really helpful to catch up on any missed training videos or re-review topics discussed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing to dislike about Gong. It's been really easy to use and very insightful for the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped with our sales team and customer success team's ongoing training. This was a challenge in the past as team members had to schedule a time to manually go over each part of the training with each new hire. The videos have been a great source for onboarding new hires.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the best is that I can go back at any time to watch the training videos, and I can watch them in real-time (without being part of the meeting). It has been a great training platform that we have used across our company and have instituted as part of our work routine. Having the ability to log in and train at ANY time allows us to figure out our schedule and utilize the flexibility to watch at our leisure.
What do you dislike about the product?
It only works with Google Hangouts (I think). Many of our customers use Zoom and Microsoft teams, and being able to implement Gong in those platforms would be helpful for our customers and us. In addition, having this platform work across these various tools will help us track our training and conversations with customers. Not too much to complain about here though, our organization loves using it and includes it in most of our meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have visibility in the calls our Sales Team has, which was something we never had before. It helped me as a teammate and Customer Success Manager to hear those calls and understand each customer's expectations. The benefits include cross-functional training, product visibility, and coaching. Having the ability to watch what the other teams at my company are working on has provided immense value. Additionally, it has added product visibility into the technical aspects of a new product launched. These benefits have spoken volumes in the short time we've been using the platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're hesitating to use Gong, don't. It's an excellent resource for everyone across your organization and allows training, transparency, and a way to track your conversations and maintain client expectations. I truly enjoy working with Gong and it has a very easy user interface and cross-functional training abilities.
