Great for call coaching!

What do you like best about the product?
Transcripts and call notifications. I like that I can see what each rep is doing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could create filters by day and by call length.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that I am notified of the reps actions and calls. I also like that I can download the calls and transcriptions!

Ease of use. I also like you can have the call transcribed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are being able to go back and take notes on a call later and hear things you might have missed.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong can differentiate details of the call and allow us to look for the information that we need quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The regulations that some calls just simply cannot be recorded, but that's not Gong's issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overcoming pushback by listening to other peers and it really helps you learn other skills and techniques that may be really helping others
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it or lose it - it's a great tool to learn with, not only for yourself, but as a company as well

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to identify the key elements of each call
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything. I think it is a great tool. However, it could use some more customization, as in live notifications during the call that X Y Z has yet to be mentioned, or that monologues are too long/ etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note taking and being ready for the next meeting. It allows me to go back through and recognize

How simple it is to navigate through the tool.

I wish there were the option to see both the video and transcript the best way possible.

Check reference calls of some of the leaders and top performers. And observe the impact it makes on customers.

Strongly suggest that it be a tool that everyone takes the effort to contribute towards, enriching the learning and

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a seamless way for sales people, account managers, program managers, regular managers and higher ups to have full transparency into real time client conversations. Gong calls are recorded and easily integrate with video communication providers like Zoom. IT is so easy to share great calls as well, and to play back your own calls so you never have to take notes again!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a barrier for some people when it comes to having their client conversations recorded. Once you get over that personal fear, its all uphill benefits of Gong!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit of Gong is truly a benefit for the entire team. For example, if you are a salesperson and you sell through a deal that requires another team to deliver it, it is so much easier to understand the details of the conversation for the rest of your team!

What do you like best about the product?
Transcripts and ease of platform is my favorite aspect. I use this to review my calls in order to highlight areas that require improvement

I dislike the filter box, it can get confusing to understand how to use the filters to find a call

Listening to my calls to see how I frame calls and respond to students who I have conversations with

Being able to search using keywords in conversations

I really wish the interface can be cleaner and simpler.

I enjoy the ability to do research and study previous conversations quickly with precision.

Gong is a very powerful tool that you can leverage in so many ways, including research, etc. and is highly recommended to almost anyone from users up to management/leadership teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong provides the ability to quickly find those "magic moments" when our customers have the lightbulb go off in their heads. When onboarding new employees, we've been able to quickly showcase the do's/don'ts, what messages resonate, how the customers perceive and talk about their problems, and more....it's literally a gold mine
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, there's not a ton to dislike. I think our team can do a better job of flagging specific calls, but that seems to be an internal use issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Discovering customer messaging
Optimizing demo calls based on the amount we speak/customers speak
Organization-wide training

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Gong sends me an email with action points as well as a written summary of what was discussed. It is a great way to do a quick review of what was discussed before your next meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the transcription is not very accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of topics covered note-taking, reviewing for training purposes.

This is a great business development, training, and accountability tool!
