Easy of use - transcribing and reporting for enablement

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assisting with representatives with being able to measure and monitor their interactions with customers, to determine a better quality of comms between rep> stakeholder
Gong is a game changer for sales work of all kinds
What do you like best about the product?
I like:
1. the summary they impose in the margin next to a call so you don't have to listen to the whole thing to see the main points/takeaways
2. That via gong there can be NO room for misunderstanding or communication. If a sales rep wants to know *exactly* what they are getting into going into a demo with a vetted prospect, they can listen to that call in advance and hear the answers they gave to our questions directly.
3. The ability to comment on calls -- this is huge for coaching my new reps. And it adds the comments with a time stamp so they make sense based on what you were hearing when you gave the feedback.
I'm sure I could go on, but I use it daily, as does most of my team.

What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints come to mind! I am not crazy about their new method of support (goes to a generalized support group/inbox for multiple Gong reps to have access to answer, rather than a main POC), but I couldn't actually criticize that until I try it out and see how it goes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Gong's Pipeline view & the Forecast feature, very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
If MEDDPICC was customizable it'd be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps present us with the pipeline view which is great for forecasting.
Great call Recording tool
What do you like best about the product?
Great capabilities of Forecasting and Pipeline Management. We can have data driven pipelines. It's one of the best RI platform in the market that can drive you visibility into customer interactions that your reps had.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a little while for the call recordings to be generated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It had significantly improved the business process outcomes. Reps can now focus more on selling to the customers rather than notes taking or summarizing the calls which Gong is able to do for us. Email Generation also helps reduce a lot of tim for team to draft and finzalize it.
Great Tool With Many Capabilities!
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is very simple to use and produces great data. We use this data to understand how our sales process is functioning, which deals we win and why, and many other use cases. Gong also does a great job innovating with their product. They have done a great job at incorporating AI capabilities into their product and have released additional products like engage and forecast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong can be a little expensive and since it's in a seperate platform sometimes it can be difficult to drive adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Gong for coaching, analytics, and forecasting. It's particularly helpful for forecasting because we can easily see activity in the deal and understand if it should be a committed deal.
Fantastic Tool to manage sales pipeline and the RO&I analytics is useful
What do you like best about the product?
I like to be able to replay calls, get a transcript or highlights from them, and track opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't foundany down sides. So far all of the features have been beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking deals, recapping calls, and tracking sales metrics. I love being able to search specific keywords to see what is driving results.

The dealboards and conversational recording tools in Gong allowed us to have such transparency into what our employees are running into on a day to day basis. It has been a game changer for our team from where we were at

The only thing I would say I dislike about Gong is having the various product offerings in silos vs. offering it all-in-one, which is where some other companies have began to embrace
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its been amazing to help us track conversational intelligence from both Zoom calls with clients and our dialer information when making outgoing calls to prospects. The transcripts of these calls have been transformational for our organization

Some features appear in the product but you can't actually use them, and it was a long set up process

Huge help in daily operations
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to add the recording to the call. Being able to organize the recordings afterwards into dedicated folders is a huge benefit for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the view of the planned recordings - they have short horizon and I can only see them in browser (not in mobile app).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily share reecoring with the team via link plus AI summaries are decently accurate.
