Great product!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, great for training, and the insights are helpful. I've now used Gong at my last two companies and am really impressed with it's capabilities and accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transcribing can be a bit iffy from time to time, but it is pretty darn accurate for the most part and imaging this portion of the product is near impossible to get 100% accuracy when people speak in different accents/dialects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster ramping of sales reps, can collaborate and comment on each others calls when a certain topic comes up so it makes it easy to learn form the rest of the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Learning best practices from colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints about the platform so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to perform self-assessment by listening to my own calls, learning new tips from colleagues, and being able to send my calls to a manager or coworker for review. More specifically, pulling out a snippet where a particular competitor is mentioned or an objection is overcome

In my personal experience it has been the best tool for knowledge growth and many of my coworkers agree

I love being able to go back and listen to my calls and see what I’m doing well and not doing so well. It’s been awesome for helping me consistently hit quota and learning from my mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speech recording isn’t super accurate, and sometimes it will give me follow up options that aren’t applicable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Discovery call process has been improved.

What I like most is that I can find any part of the call with search words. I
don't have to listen to the entire call. Saves alot of time

I like that it gives me action items after each call - it is amazing instead of having to take notes while on the phone with a client. I have notes written out for me after the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it shows as another person in my Google meet calls.

Multitasking - I do not have to take notes and speak and listen while on a call all at the same time. It is great to not distract you from the conversation going on.
Amazing for remembering key details in the sales process
What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to all of your past calls and that of your peers so that you can remember key details of your previous conversations and improve your calls by listening to other top performers.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there's another user showing in my calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing clients with information and solutions that relate directly to what they need because I can reference our conversations.

Review your calls and others on your team - it drastically improves your performance and ability to answer tough questions which leads to a higher close rate.
Excellent Call Monitoring Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the insights that Gong gives after each call. There are things that I have implemented that have helped me to improve the conversation flow. I also ge feedback from my coaches to improve in my sales role. I like the longevity of the time that the calls are stored for review and the transcription portion of them the calls as well. That is helpful in script revisions and rebuttals composition. The user interface is very easy to navigate and is not cumbersome at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not have any features I have found that is not helpful at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I am solving is I am having better conversations where before I was struggling with over-talking the person I was speaking to. The other problem I am solving is the immediate turnaround time of my call results. I do not have to wait days to get feedback. This is a huge benefit for my workday and my call quality. This enhances my customer's experience.
Game changer for sales teams and company training!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been in technical sales roles for over 5 years and gong has made it so much easier to get up to speed on messaging and demo best practices by saving time with training. Instead of listening to live sales calls and demos, you can quickly move through the core of the call at 1.5 speed and pick up all the relevant talking points. It integrates with sales force too so you can see how the call relates to current or past opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is occasional speaker identification but this doesn't impact the experience and usefulness.

Life Changing For Onboarding New Reps
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has given us the ability to onboard and train new reps like never before. The recorded calls allow us to see how a rep performs on a call, see what parts of their demos need improving, and then search that keyword in calls from our top reps to show them how that piece should be explained. Super valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong sends a lot of emails, so configuring your account early to cut down on unwanted updates is critical.
