Gong rocks!
What do you like best about the product?
Not having to take paper notes and being able to focus on the call and then listen back on my own time to provide more detailed notes on a Google doc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search could be improved to make portions of the call easier

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Gong records each session, sends transcripts of your call afterwards and gives you a weekly summary! I also love that you can see the history of all your emails and calls with each customer!
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong used to have a voice to say it is recording, my profile no longer has this and would love it back!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My follow ups with my customers are more efficient. My customers have my full attention during the call and I can rely on Gong to remind me share any documents I mentioned on the call.

Call intelligence and the analytics behind them. Being able to review calls

Nothing at this time, everything seems to be great for what we use it for

Visibility into team member calls, ability to coach team members based on data provided
Great platform for Coaching, Product updates, Competitive intel, Notetaking, and Deal momentum
What do you like best about the product?
Love the deal page, seeing where I have the most momentum with clients. The insights are awesome, E.g. if my deal is multithreaded with more than 3 people it has a 17% high chance of closing. Always use it review notes from calls I might have missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Buffer times can be a bit slow and the native Zoom recordings take a while to process.

Coaching from leadership, product getting insight to feature requests, deals dropping off due to no decision, missing notes to refresh before a call

Gong helps you not only listen and review your own calls, but learn from top performers in your organization. A great study/coaching tool for those looking to level up their sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recorder doesn't allow you to listen in live to someone else's call anymore. Only complaint.

I'm identifying gaps in my own questioning and areas to improve upon. Using it to learn how the best of the best ask questions and maneuver the cycle.
Amazing Experience with Gong, 2 months in
What do you like best about the product?
As a sales leader, it's been so helpful for deal tracking with insights beyond what reps are inputting into our CRM. For coaching purposes, easily being able to tag calls and give coaching directly in calls have made immediate impacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I dislike is that the Deals dashboard doesn't update in real time. Other than that I'm enjoying Gong a lot more than the previous Revenue Intelligence software I used, because of it's awesome features and user friendliness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote onboarding has been solved smoothly and we've benefited by having more coaching opportunities brought to our attention through Gong's automated emails. Gong has also made pipeline reviews more objective rather than subjective due to the insights provided in the Deals dashboard. We have a lot of internal collaboration, so tagging colleagues in calls has made things a lot easier for internal visibility and collaboration.
Best Coaching tool I've used!
What do you like best about the product?
UX is great and the ability to not only listen but read call transcriptions takes the guess work out of sales coaching. I use it in every 1:1
What do you dislike about the product?
I we had the integration with email feature, that seems like it would be very beneficial
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ambiguity of deal coaching, removing the loss of truth during the knowledge transfer from rep to leader. This has also allowed me to listen to way more calls than I could have if I was attending in person or live on the phone.
Game-changer
What do you like best about the product?
Hard to chose my favourite things... but I love that I can see email and call activity in one place! Much better visualization than SFDC and you don't have to worry about logging activities. The training opportunities and tips within the app are unparalleled. We've had call recording software in the past, but nothing like Gong. Kudos to my sales leaders for switching over.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yet to find something... sometimes the calls take a beat to load but I'm sure that's true of any software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The transcript is mostly ACCURATE! Most call recording software promises this, but I've only seen it to be true with Gong. HUGE time saver when I can't go back and listen.
The Holy Grail of Note Taking, Refining Talk Track, Understanding Data = Insights
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to spend more time actively listening to your prospects/customers allows for a more fluid conversation with the results showing themselves in the Pipeline generated after just the first month of using Gong.
Increasing competition while using the data from each team's talk track to refine, adjust, and execute each call to become better on an individual level and across the Org is one of my favorite features.
With The Video and fully automated Talk Track with access to narrow and filter based on talk points or each speaker allows for a streamlined process of getting the information you need for the pipeline and the best next steps you may have missed in realtime without the help of Gong by your side.

The recording bot at the beginning of each call for each prospect joining the call- this kills me! lol
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the UMMMM crisis with real-time feedback to show your mentees while they are finished with the call drives home how important a fluid talk track is once they hear it back for themselves.
