Gong has changed the way I manage my pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
The intel and visibility that Going provides into my pipeline (our instance is integrated with SFDC). The ability to see activity, the number and seniority of contacts engaged, and Gong's underlying AI that helps us predict where we'll land is a game changer. We also use the Smart Trackers to measure specific Challenger behaviors that helps us study how effective we are at selling, and to identify areas to coach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI/UX perioudically changes unexpectedly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reps are notorius for not keeping good CRM notes. Gong cuts that out. We see exactly what is happening in the deal, by virtue of it happening.

Some technical errors, sometimes end up missing important recordings but not too often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong makes note taking very easy and follow-ups using their AI is so useful.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides a recap of what was discussed and capturing the names of the meeting attendees. I liked how it summarizes the % of minutes talked within the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently being shared to all of our team members, summary of the call is not that accurate.

Addressing next steps discussed, seamless handover to the customer success and sales team

What do you like best about the product?
Gong works in the background and the AI does a fantastic job capturing the meeting recording and summarising the session.
It saves me 5-15min per meeting with the helpful email follow-up feature. What I also find really helpful is the ability to listen to recordings of my colleagues to improve my engagements.

I've been using the tool for more than a year now and don't have any negative feedback.

Reduce time to summarise the meeting and next steps.
The best tool for onboarding/follow ups/learning
What do you like best about the product?
Love the different functionalities that are a huge time saver!! Summary/next steps/big sections of the call. It is amazing to ramp up and learn from each other and make sure we have all customer context. Huge tool for all new team members, onboarding is much easier thanks to gong.
What do you dislike about the product?
The follow up emails are a bit too long and stiff, would love to have maybe 2/3 options depending on the tone needed. The AI could definitely be improved with better answers, more details, giving us a chance to interact more with it to orient the answers and so on.

There are many instances wherein the recording option stops working
Many times clients complain of being unable to login with gong invites
There is no privacy in terms of who can access what- such as visibility settings

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to review calls, get AI summaries, share recordings with my leadership for feedback, and not bother about taking notes while I'm on the call. I get to focus on the call instead of taking manic notes.
Easy recording with GDPR compliance
What do you like best about the product?
The ease to add the gong recorder to record the call, the permisions it takes from the users which helps us not to ask for permissions again which we might miss sometimes

The intial setup, it took a while to connet it with outlook, could do it without help - a walkthough would be appreciated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting the entire teams calls in one place, sharing recording, the summary generation of the call, teh auto transcript comes very handy

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is great at taking the recorded session and uses its AI to break down the meeting into a summary of notes and topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The call summaries are not always 100 percent accurate but fairly close.

Its helping to solve cross deparement knowledge sharing of exactly what is being discussed with our customers and uncovering common pain points in our customer base.
