Doing More With Less

What do you like best about the product?
Now with Call Spotlight, my life as a CSM and Implementation Specialist just got easier. While I'm juggling multiple calls on a daily basis this allows me to do my follow-ups in seconds but equally important if there is important information/feedback that I need to present to my teams, a quick ask does the trick to bring the right information to internal teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Call Spotlight can be inconsistent when asking a generic question across multiple accounts. As an example I could ask "Write an email follow up" and sometimes it will write a correct email follow up and sometimes it will write bullet points. Not sure if this is just based on conversations or just the A. I doing its own thing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to review my deals in one page at a glance but also maximizing my time with my tasks by doing it all in one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like to use gong for my business calls. The main advantage is the fact that i do not have to make notes while i speak with clients. I often use the gong recordings to prepare my calls. I use Gong everyday. It is easy integrated and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have a better search function so that i can find past calls easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I dont have to make notes and i am perfect prepared for the next call. + i dont forget things we spoke about

What do you like best about the product?
Reliable recording of meetings with decent AI generated captioning. Shareable links allow you to share with customers and teammates alike.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the search feature had better filters and capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping an accurate record of the conversations had in onboarding to ensure scope and timeline are met.

What do you like best about the product?
Summary and AI features so you don't have to listen back each call, easy tagging and categorizing, smart playlists, great support and documentation, easy prompts to deliver and provide call coaching, stats to support team coaching and improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides other than making sure you have a strategy in place for the trends you want to measure and making sure you're enabling teams well with getting the most out of this powerful tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong gives our exec team insights into customer trends on the ground - be it product or service feedback- and provides data for hard to quantify trends like dissatisfaction with granular features. AI summaries save loads of time from teams having to enter call notes or create follow up emails, enabling them to move faster and cover more calls in a day with effective tailored follow up messaging.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how the notetaker is automatically added to my calls so I don't have to rememeber to record. I also love the built in AI summaries and the reminders on follow up tasks and to-do's. Sharing with customers is also easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate how long the calls take to process before the recording is ready, that delays my follow up emails to clients and I would prefer to send those as soon as the call wraps up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call tracking, training and helpful reminders for customers I meet with.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI feature that gives a summary of your call with sections that include next steps, review, and people on the call. It is so easy to use and it turns on every external call automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the summary is a little off/incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves time with follow ups with customers

What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI in Gong. I like being able to see all of my conversations in bulleted points so it makes it easy to know what my next steps are. I use the email recap templates as well, but I customize them to make them a bit less robotic and personal. I also love that the calls transfer to Gainsight.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't always find my recorded calls very easily. Recent calls are very easy to find on the dashboard, but I'm a bit lost when I need to search back on really old calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to physically write notes during my calls so I can focus more on our conversation. I love that I can copy/paste my notes into Gainsight. It allows me to have more time doing other parts of my job.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been very helpful in terms of keeping yourself upto date on tasks and to dos. It's AI is very helpful in creating follow ups and summarizing events that took place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The attachments tend to be slow in being attached and it does not allow to put excel sheets on the email body.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving scheduling problems and keeping tasks accomplished on a timely manner.

It should be downloadable to transfer the data to USB to listen more
