So Much Information, So Little Time

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to capture snippets of content in Gong, and of course the basic functionality of being able to review my own calls, my colleagues calls, and to have them do the same for me. All in less time than actually attending the call because I can play it back at faster speeds, or skip ahead to the important stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Gong could improve the search-ability of calls to be more intuitive. I enjoy having my saved searches by one-off searching often results in going to a specific call or conversation when I was just looking for a keyword in a set of calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to garner highly specific feedback from my manager as well as attend my colleagues calls without having to actually attend the call. Great for both training and feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely accurate transcriptions. Also, the timeline of different points in the conversation makes long calls very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of anything. I did not know that this technology existed until a few months ago and it has been paramount in my success as an AE since then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Feedback on calls, coaching, eliminating the need to take notes on calls, there are dozens of use cases here.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that there are insights about the call such as talk ratio, patience, and customers' longest monologue. Those pointers are great before listening to the call b/c it gives you actionable insights that you can use to coach your team. You can also listen to various calls with the same clients as the deal progresses down the funnel in a click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, all the changes and updates to Gong has been good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think this is a powerful tool especially in these times where our team is siloed because of COVID.

The amount of filters you have to gather information, the script and voice recognition are on point.

Group permissioning is not as flexible as we would want.

If someone ever requires a tool to monitor, follow up, score and script calls, I would absolutely recommend Gong.

What do you like best about the product?
action item tagged videos. customer communication bread crumbs.
What do you dislike about the product?
the filtering options are clunky and are hard to navigate. date and emails or names of people should be included as basic filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
recapping important conversations with customers and identifying action items I may have missed is extremely helpful. benefits are listening to a different consultant's conversation with my customer.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong's ability to record, customize thier AI for your business to identify topics discussed and it's revenue insight tools to proactively help you re-start deals are extremely valuable tools. But what it does best is give you a peer/manager review system if implemented correctly with the right culture gives sales folks the ability to perfect their pitch and sales motions.

It's like having a football coach correcting your technique so that you can maximize your potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile experience could be better. It would be great to get notifications around deal alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping our orgnization upskill sales teams and convert more deals. This is done by peer reviewing best sellers calls and implementing those best practices across the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is super intuitive and gives valuable, actionable insights. You can always refer back to your calls which means no data is ever lost. This is extremely valuable as it allows you to really focus on your call and not worry about taking detailed notes. It also means that you can get instant feedback to learn about what you're doing well, and where you need to improve. The customer support is also amazing - Any time I've ever had an issue, the Gong team is super quick to respond and solve my issues. I would highly recommend this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, the system isn't able to recognize all participants, so the data isn't 100% accurate. I imagine that over time the system will only get smarter, so it's not a major issue.

I can't really think of any other negatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Being able to listen back to calls in case you've missed any notes.
- Extremely valuable for training, getting various team members to listen to your calls and give you feedback.
- Handover from one department to the next is seamless as no information gets lost.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the plunge! This is the most valuable sales tool I have ever used in any organization.
