Integral to any sales person!

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of search and the depth of info captured. As a sales person, I couldn't be as effective without it. Follow-ups are so much easier and pointed with Gong too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind honestly. It's very easy to use and has everything I've needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much better preparedness for calls and easier follow-ups with saved info
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You're sales team is missing out if you're not using Gong!

Great insights into selling patterns

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate being able to look back over my meetings in the lead up to any follow up conversations. It gives me a competitive edge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm finding it hard to find anything that's truly dislikable. If I had to choose anything I'd say that it keeps logging me out of the app periodically, not that this ruins anything but it can be a bit of a chore if I'm in a rush.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the video content internally to upskill and train new starters, which before Gong was a manual process of having them ghost into our meetings. This increased efficiency allows us all to focus on our roles.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to run through demonstrations with key stakeholders and users to ensure user acceptance.

Can't think of any right now. Been using for over a year now still trying to find.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Senior Solutions Architect, Gong is a lifesaver. Being able to not only go back and review the audio and video, but the way content is also broken up by speaker and topics makes it a game-changer for me. Going back and creating notes from a Gong call is a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Gong for 6 months and I have no found anything wrong with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solutions architects and sales engineers are often stretched on calls. Whether fielding technical questions or conducting a demo, we can't always capture the data points that would be helpful in creating a solution. Gong completely changes that for me.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to navigate and look back or search on prior meetings where critical information was communicated but I may not have been able to document everything during the call. I also like the features of speeding up and sharing snippets of the call to a colleague or client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes recordings might be missed or delayed and resolution can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Reviewing project calls
2) Share with clients
3) Train other team members

What do you like best about the product?
I rely on Gong everyday, especially now that we're all WFH to make sure I'm pronouncing a customer's name correctly, to reading transcripts of meetings that I couldn't attend, and to help our greater accounts team keep updated on what's happening to a customer across their lifecycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about the platform for my specific use case!

Fantastic collaboration tool

What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows me to review client calls easily without needing to spend 15 minutes searching for a previously downloaded Zoom file. It automatically follows me to any calls I host and allows to me share portions of a call with colleagues and clients without needing to share the entire call recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email tracking function has been unreliable for some accounts, but works for about 90% of them. I'm working with customer service to resolve this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick internal communication, ability to see last touchpoints with a client quickly and effectively, get a quick refresher on next steps and requests from a previous client call.

What do you like best about the product?
It is wildly helpful for training, accountability, and notes. This tool makes it very easy to train reps because recordings are so easily accessible. There can be no miscommunications because everything is recorded. And recording means reps who take bad notes can re-listen to a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how "COMPANY Recorder by Gong" is an attendee in every Zoom meeting. It would be nice if it was hidden
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This makes call review much easier, and allows us to spend more time seeing what reps are doing with live customers/prospects.

Most efficient way of listening to calls

What do you like best about the product?
I am not a patient person and I love how I can speed up, fast forward, rewind, and listen to my hour-long calls in just 15 minutes, it's the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to access old calls more efficiently with 1 or 2 clicks and have not figured out at way to not have to scroll through all the more recent calls to get to old calls
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Love getting feedback from my Boss on exact clips and not having to wonder what the context is

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can listen to other peoples' calls, not just my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. I think it's a fantastic tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting to listen to myself speak, and tailor my approach from there. I also get to listen to others speak. I really like the feature that shows your talk ratio because I think that's very important for sales reps to be cognizant of.
