What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong keeps all my sales cycles perfectly organized in an easily accessible platform. Its helped me realize when to speak and when to listen in turn improving my patience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Trust the coaching Gong provides. It will allow you to improve in areas of need and sharpen your skills in areas already advanced.
Great Service
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it takes notes of my meetings. It is super helpful to get the recap emails. I also like that recorded calls are easy to view.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had some issues with security restrictions in areas like Canada, that made this service hard to expand globally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logging product feedback is the main solution we're using Gong for. Before Gong, conversations would happen with clients and we would say, "I wish that was logged." Now the process is automatic.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I like this service. I sometimes have problems getting the recorder to work, but when it does it is very helpful. This product has been very good at allowing me to look back at calls and share them with other people within my company.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability, that it allows for me to review calls, and asses them with the team so that I can further improve our sales performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as user friendly as other apps, and sometimes it doesn't not record certain calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking sales metrics, seeing how we can modify our pitch and conversations to further improve my teams performance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Evaluate your companies needs, make sure you convert your employees the importance of a product like Gong. It is such a revolutionary product and should be a must for all sales and any other customer facing role. It makes a huge difference in the way you learn to transmit your message and it is also a great training tool for anyone incoming into a role. They are able to access real live conversations and understand their role better.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it predominantly to record zoom meetings and then share the recordings with my customers. It is also really helpful for coaching opportunities with my manager or other people on my team. It is one of the primary ways that I trained and onboarded when I was new to the company. I probably don't use all of the available functionality, but so far have had a great experience. I also love how you can integrate directly with salesforce to loop in additional recordings for analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very sales oriented. I am not on a Sales Team perse, but some of the stuff is not very relevant to me.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to review calls in detail and share with collaborators

It is not simple to add recording to a call that was not pre-scheduled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You are able to listen much more closely and not focus on note taking.

What do you like best about the product?
I like learning from my peers. It allowed me to listen to the best reps. I have learned so much being able to learn from the best and learning their wording and language in closing and talking about the Outreach product. it is the best way for me to learn by hearing it from the best. I have improved 3x as fast because of this product. You can also learn from your mistakes on your own phone calls so its a two way street that helps you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Maybe having a bette way to organize calls. I like being able to learn from the best and being able to search the best reps at Outreach. I wish I was able to orgainize it so you can tell which calls were successful sales and which ones were not successful. Maybe categorizing it into sectors and which businesses have worked and which ones have nore
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wish there was a better way to organize which calls are successful and which ones are not. I can learn the language from the best reps and it is extremely helpful learning and hearing from the best of the organization. Being able to learn from the best has made me much more reliable and consistant with my language which has led to many many more meetings set up as a sales development rep. It is crazy how quickly I have learned by being able to mimick the best of the best as an SDR
Invaluable tool for Sales Excellence
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is the most valuable tool I have in my sales toolbox to continue skill development. My manager and teammates provide feedback on my calls, and I listen to colleagues' calls to learn from them and share feedback as well. Being able to access written transcripts as well as playback the video is tremendously helpful. The call breakdowns provide a visual snapshot of my ability to active listen, and the articles and helpful insights have helped me focus on which skills to work on most.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Gong, I'm becoming a more client-focused salesperson, improving my conversations so I can better understand prospect's needs through better question-asking and active listening.
Easy and neccessary!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of finding the place in the call. You can get to exactly where you need in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike on Gong other than it occasionally becomes disconnected from my softphone and I have to pair them together again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped the sales process of all those on my team. I never thought it would be so easy to do so.

Unbelievable product for growth
What do you like best about the product?
That I can listen to everyone on my team and how their demo's went. Therefore I can learn from everyone, see what is working and not working. Most importantly learning about prospect objections and figuring out ways to overcome them is the most valuable piece of the tool. It's extremely easy to access and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes at the current moment! Everything has been amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving problems such as learning better talk talks from objections, picking up on certain things to say and not say. With gong I have the power to analyze each call I do and listen to it and play it back like a professional athlete would watch game film to understand their opponent better.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the best thing about Gong is how simple it is to use and how accessible it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that some of the transcripts were better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits from Gong have been tremendous as a new employee (especially during COVID). I am able to access training from home and have calls to reference back to when needed. I love that Gong also has data around how to have better calls as well.
