Love the statistics Gong identifies after call

What do you like best about the product?
It's super helpful to understand the statistics after the call. Your patience, too much talking, monologue, interactivity, and customer story.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcript isn't always clear on the exact words.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My colleagues can review my calls and make suggestions or recommendations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a super useful call logging platform for sales and training, this is it!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I don't have to take notes anymore. Listening to recordings from my phone at increased speed and being able search through the transcripts of each call are both way better than taking notes manually.

It's so easy to get caught up when brought into a sale mid-cycle and not feel like I am fighting to catch up the whole time.

It is also so great for bringing new team members into a selling team for new products. They have excellent recording and notes that allow us to increase the speed at which we train our people.

Lastly, I find the ability to send snippets of recordings to be really useful. This has been a great way to share specific talking points with our Product team or Engineers to give them examples of how customers respond to certain features or ideas they are presented with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Gong after a few months of using it. It's simply wonderful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to track action items, provide coaching, and training. We have seen teamwork increase substantially across the organization and efficiency increase amongst the positions that get pulled into a sale during the later stages of a sale.

Onboarding new team members is so much quicker now that they have concrete searchable examples to use as they get trained.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I truly believe this software to be worth every dollar. The trial was simple and useful. The Gong team was there every step of the way to get through the trial and implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the fact that I do not need to take notes. After the call I can just go back listen to the call, download the transcript or just review the action items.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't say I dislike anything about Gong
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to share the call history with my partners who may have not been able to make the call. We can review it together and come up with a strategy for our next step.

What do you like best about the product?
The call recording and transcript recording of each call. I no longer need to take notes and can quickly reference past calls, to help me reference past discussions and close more deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Notetaker functionality fails, but for the most part it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to take detailed notes, which helps me stay engaged on a call. I am quickly able to reference previous calls so I am always speaking in the customer's language.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn about all of the features that they have to offer. There are a lot of different use cases that Gong can help with.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share calls with clients. This makes the decision timeline shorter because now if a key stakeholder cannot join the live call we can send them a copy of the recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
When gong fails to join the call. Also there are times when it joins 15 to 20 minutes late. Doesn't happen too often but when it does it can be a distraction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating the need of having multiple client calls to review the same items. This makes it more efficient for everybody involved.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to see topics at the bottom and the amount of time my reps speak.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how small the screen is when reviewing screenshares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to quality check our sales reps. We love the ability to filter out each rep and see their title of each call.

What do you like best about the product?
Auto sync with calendar and email to record calls automatically. Call stats for talk time. Ability to fastforward or skip to next speaker, saving time on chit chats. Transcripts are gold.
What do you dislike about the product?
Identifying different parts of a conversation by the AI needs a bit more refining. I don't YET find value in this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem being solved is the mere fact that we can identify a problem in sales conversations that needs to be addressed and knowing where and what to tweak to improve our skills rather than throw everything at a wall.

There's nothing else like Gong in the market.

It helps when interacting with my manager as he's able to see my calls as soon as I tag him
He can then listen and comment where he feels works needs to be done
