Gong - The Perfect Software for Reviewing Your Client Calls

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to review the "game tape" of how a call went. It automatically calculates the percentages of talk ratio of members on the call, categorizes the entire call so you can skip forward to certain parts, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing honestly.It is such a good software and they do a really good job of updating every aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving call experience for customers by reviewing structure, also using to review for note-taking purposes, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Anyone looking to better their organization!

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Gong is to be able to dissect and breakdown all parts of a sales call and learn from your successes and mistakes as well as anyone else in your company. Everyone has particular skills and Gong allows you to steal and learn aspects of what makes each individual good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many downsides, in my opinion, their NLP can always improve, but from my experience, it's better than others on the market. I would say more accurate than chorus.ai. Talk time percentages can also be skewed while waiting for someone to join and post-meeting talk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm constantly improving my process, tonality, filler words, and addressing areas of improvement.

Do it. Do it... DO IT.

What do you like best about the product?
To be able to go in and see things like points of interest on the call, or questions that were asked is amazing. Let's face it most people who record their own calls don't listen to them. With Gong, it makes it fast and efficient to find points in the conversation that you thought you did well on or did not do well on in order to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about Gong, it's a powerful tool in terms of pushing yourself to find ways to better your craft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm finding ways to re-use parts of a discussion where I got great feedback from a prospect or customer. Or vice-versa. Using it as a way to see where in the conversation I messed up or could have said or done something different to get a better result.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
At the very least go through and do an evaluation, it is a very powerful tool for new sales reps from any level, either new to a company or sales in general

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has become my most valued sales enablement tool. Here's why....1) Ability to get feedback from leadership and colleagues and improve my sales skills 2) Ability to relisten to the last call before next call, helps me stay on top of the conversation details 3) Helps me focus on the conversation because I'm not preoccupied with taking notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transcript tool is still not entirely accurate. But I understand that's a complex problem to solve for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I'm solving is getting detailed notes and being able to go back to previous calls ahead of next steps to bring all the details back to my mind and thus have a more tailored conversation with my prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform allows you to listen to conversations, the same way an athlete would watch their game film, to highlight successes, learn from failures, and highlight opportunities to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some manual labor involved but it is worth the investment for the potential benefits that come from the coaching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finding ways to improve conversations that sales people aren't aware that they need improvement on.

What do you like best about the product?
How I can dive into a call and really get a feel of how an employee can better him or her self.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the navigation was a little clearer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Team lead I am able to solve a lot of problems by getting clear insights on how conversations are going between reps and customers and can help train them better.

What do you like best about the product?
The analysis of the phone call gives good insight into how the call was structured and allows navigating to particular points in a call very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The voice to text function for the transcript can be inaccurate so I rely on the recording.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to easily rehash a sales conversation and remind myself of what was discussed, offered, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
With my busy schedule, sometimes I am unable to hop on a call. Having gong allows me to listen at a later time. Not only is it great to review the calls I have set up, but also learn from other calls from members on my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any flaws in the product thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Opportunity to learn and grow from team members that I do not work with directly. Able to access their calls, learn from them, and use it in my calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it as much as you can, it is a great resource!

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking the calls that are most important to the team and creating a library of calls from our customers has allowed us to quickly get new Team Mates up to speed. It's an integral part of our onboarding for every member of our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a huge fan of the HubSpot integration. I wish we would see more information back in HubSpot and be able to click into calls and build reports around Sales activity. We live within our CRM and when my team has to switch applications to get the information it's just another bottleneck for them to overcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Department alignment between Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering. It also allows us to share key points of interest back to our Marketing and Engineering teams. We are extremely product-oriented so every piece of feedback is important. Gong allows us the ability to disseminate information effortlessly; so we can always be improving.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As a SaaS Startup, I would definitely recommend you to use Gong.io across your organization and not just in Sales! It's so important for everyone to have access to your historical data and a key part of that is customer and pipeline feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to share calls and leave detailed feedback. It has been so helpful for me and my team. We are able to share calls with each other to seek areas in which we can improve our skills and performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't found anything that I really dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training within our business. Helping our sales team improve.
