What do you like best about the product?
I love that gong transcribes my calls so I can easily find the exact piece of the call I'm looking for. As a terrible note taker, Gong makes is so I don't miss anything. The follow up section will help me easily see what needs to be attended to after my calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Gong is the best! Highly recommend anyone in sales or customer success to use this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None.

What do you like best about the product?
I can be so much more in the moment now.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to tell people they're being recorded
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to accurately relay customer questions, comments, and concerns to other team members. Especially when a more technical questions to proposed that I wouldn't be able to accurately articulate internally.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to filter my calls by connections and the status of the prospect. This allows me to critically analyze the most important calls to improve my cold calling skills. I also enjoy seeing data of my linguistic tendencies. All of the tools enable me to improve my abilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that I cannot hear the project on my call recordings. I know this is due to legal limitations. But, it's difficult to recall the prospects' tone and words without being able to hear them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved phone presence and more confidence in cold calling.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a top-notch sales team, do it, you won't regret it.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been hugely helpful for me in being able to go back and remember specifics about a deal that previously I would have missed or forgotten. The Deals page helps me make sure that I am staying on top of my current pipeline while giving me visibility into the future as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. I'm thinking this may be an issue on my side, but sometimes the audio is a bit choppy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's now much easier for me to go back and take notes on a call, prepare for followups, and remember key information from previous calls when it comes time to negotiate.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can tag people and write comments at every second of the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind, I really like both the app and the website and feel they are both user friendly and get the job done effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call training and understanding certain weak points where I can improve my conversations and drive value.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want your sales organization to move to the next level its a no brainer.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows me to easily listen back to conversations. I can find specific parts of the conversation easily, understand how long I was speaking/listening, and highlights helpful words that I can reference in future conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a cheesy loading screen, but honestly not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm learning what I need to do better. Cold calling is so unnatural, but Gong allows me to learn from previous calls and grow. It's been particularly helpful for me as I aim to progress in my career. I got promoted in 7 months.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Gong. It let's me make sure that I can go over calls to make certain that I didn't miss anything that my client or colleague said. It helps with Discovery and making sure I've captured all of the information accurately. Gong is a very essential solution for businesses. It helps me not have to worry about taking tons of notes during a call since I can go back and review the entire call at a later time. This helps the call flow and i can truly focus my time on the discussion at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
not sure yet since I really haven't found anything that i didn't like. The search engine works well too so that is a difficult question because I like pretty much everything about Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Gong, I would have to write down a ton of notes during a call. This could make one miss a vital word, phrase, tone, etc whch could result in potentially missing out on an opportunity. Using Gong solves that.

Best tool for Sales Professionals who want to continue learning & growing

What do you like best about the product?
The talk percentage feature which shows how long you talked vs how long the prospect talked. We've seen that sales professionals that get their prospect talking more are usually more successful in booking meetings/closing deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the topic feature can be built upon. Sometimes it isn't always right in that it will say we were talking about pricing/something else when really we were talking about something unrelated. It's good for what it is and it's certainly a cool feature to have but it's not always accurate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problems of being able to ask more questions and get prospects talking more, taking a more consultative approach

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to review and quickly access specific parts of calls is amazing. When you're doing several calls a day and especially when you need to reference them at a later date, this tool is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely can't think of anything I don't like. The improvements continue to be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to review calls, or if perhaps I wasn't able to make a call, I can reference back. A huge benefit is being able to jog my memory of past calls.

If you are regularly on sales calls, use it!
