What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a great resource to keep my calls and accounts in check. A great tool to make work more efficent, smooth and organized.

sometimes it's hard to navigate through to find the call but nothing unmanageable.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong insights that provide further clarification on each call, helpful trackers, and a lot of insightful feedback.

Tracking specific customers' interactions

Hearing my own voice and how I say specific filler-words that I need to stop.

Great platform for all GTM teams

What do you like best about the product?
As a sales development leader, being able to coach and train at scale is huge but that's just one small part of the platform that the teams at Gong have created. Gong has been very helpful for the sales leaders, solution consultants, marketing, etc. Having visibility into prospect engagement and beyond has been extremely helpful for our company but also gaining insights into what are prospects are saying especially during these trying times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing on Gong's end. Everyone at Gong has a passion for greatness and everyone we work with is awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-onboarding, coaching, and training team members
-visibility into current deals
-How specific verticals are tackling COVID-19

The best coaching tool I have

What do you like best about the product?
As a rep I used to love hopping in and reviewing transcripts/important points from my last call with a prospect before I hop into the next call with them.

As a manager it;s incredbily helpful for me to be bale to listen to every prospect call and give timestamped notes so reps can go back and listen and hear the opportunities to improve based n my comments.

I've also had clients sign and during implementation come back and say we promised them something we didn't. In several cases we were able to use gong recordings/transcripts to quickly identify the areas where we discussed the topic in question and provide them to the client. Keeps everyone honest.

The metrics are spot on: the list of my reps in order of talk time matches the same list in exact reverse order of their bookings perfromance. I can quickly track progress for my team in key qualitative call metrics across time.

I use the deals board to quickly run through forecast meetings and call reps out on ther CRM hygeine. I can quickly identify obvious blind spots that would usually take a more in-depth look to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm struggling to think of anything I don't like about gong. My salesops admin isn't using it to its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly ID coaching oppotunitites for 1v1s. Forecasting is less time consuming and more accurate. I can track and quantify my whole team's progress across qualitative call metrics to help diagnose bookings/pipeline shortfalls.

Essential software to uplevel your team and internal alignment

What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to pick what I love most about Gong. The instant value without intensive time spent on setup, change management, and training is huge. The ability to provide insightful coaching to each team member is massive. The ability to drive focused professionalism across the team with targeted coaching around crutch words, or using terms like "agenda" at the front of each call is huge. Using the new call filter lists, I've driven alignment across my entire organization, with applicable Product Managers immediately accessing calls for customers at risk due to challenges in their Product Portfolio. Gong allows us to drive consistency with new call frameworks, career growth and coaching for individual contributors, smarter action with accounts or opportunities at risk, and more organizational alignment. In addition, our CSM, Michael, is flexible, helpful, and dives deep into my team's key objectives, so he can make focused recommendations that will help us achieve our ultimate goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong is easy to use, drives immense value, and has almost no setup time to start getting value. I'd recommend Gong as my #1 must-have software, and can't think of anything about it that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps our team with coaching for individual contributors, alignment and deep transition knowledge from Sales to Customer Success, alignment with the wider organization including Product and Engineering, consistency on introduction of new call frameworks to the team, and consistency across the team.

being able to go back and find calls, layout is not very user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
how hard is is to locate my balls sometimes. cant search by numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proving customers wrong and being able to see transcripts instead of having to listen to all calls

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about gong is how instant the calls record and how collaborative the platform allows for feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all of the calls record or some are one sided so you can't hear the entire conversation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps with training and putting talk tracks into action. At my organization we are constantly trying to get better on the phones and gong is a productive tool to help us do so.
