What do you like best about the product?
Ability to incorporate AI with sales calls to help improve personal and team performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Length of time to upload calls can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are eliminating unnecessary phrases and words in our selling as well as helping us improve in parts of our calls that we were previously struggling.

Like having your own personal assistant for your sales calls

What do you like best about the product?
I love not having to take notes. Customers can show me diagrams and things on their screens and I will have access to it any time later.
What do you dislike about the product?
More customizable disclaimer notices. The Gong voice that says this call may be recorded by gong is pretty annoying. A notification or a comment ing the chat would be great. Or maybe a pop up that says do you want to allow gong to record this call.The mobile app can also be improved on for accessibility and ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note taking for sure. Searching for trends on calls via the buzzwords. Being able to search for certain words on calls. A better customized searchable search bar would also be a great thing to have.

Set up the buzzwords.

What do you like best about the product?
I think being able to listen to a teams call, then grade and leave comments has been instrumental as a learning tool. Also being able to go back and listen to your own call and refresh your memory on the next steps, without having to listen to the full call is amazing. As a manager I find being able to keep up to date with what my team is doing with our customers is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how sometimes the transcript of the call can be a bit all over the place. Sometimes it does not transcribe properly and I have to spend time figuring out what I said by listening back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making our employees more efficient during their calls is a problem I think using Gong is greatly helping. the benefits of gong are many, however a few of them are being able to provide a link to each recorded call to those who need it. Being able to have my manager review a call and provide feedback is helpful. And I think overall the benefit of not having to take as many notes on every single call is so helpful you can't really quantify it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a tool that is going to make your employees lives easier, be able to use the tool for many different reasons, such as educational or simply assisting with call knowledge, Gong is your go to.

What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy it is to tag people on calls, make comments and go back to listen to your calls again and even read the transcripts. I also love being able to share my calls with my customers and it looks so professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - love everything. Can't think of one thing I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coaching, having to only send a piece of my call to my prospect (before this was a nightmare), takes away the worry in case I haven't recorded a call because everything is always recording. Love everything about it.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and automation of recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. This platform is changing my sales motion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Gong, I can act as "a fly on the wall" in conversations/meetings taking place across my org. This has accelerated my ramp-up process and time to proficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the transcripts and the fact I can search key words throughout my calls. Sometimes I forget where in a call something is mentioned so it's nice to be able to jump right into it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the transcription is a little bit off but that's more of a nit picky thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps the conversation honest and it helps when sharing feedback with other teams. We work closely with another team to handle customer feedback, especially if it's negative, and this way they can hear it straight from the horses mouth.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to train your team well and do more than an initial training. I think bi-weekly or monthly highlights of different features makes things easier to digest.

Time Stamped Tags and easy fast-forwarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcripts are not very helpful. Funny but not helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Empowers active listening knowing we can circle back for details or recaps later. Really helpful in Long sales cycles.

What do you like best about the product?
I get alerts for my calls and the mobile app that I have lets me listen to my calls right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I pretty much get everything that I expect from a software like that and nothing really bugs me much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tone of my voice, breathing control, muting on and off when necessary, and most of all HOW TO SOUND HAPPY AND ENERGETIC.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking to improve your telephonic skills, gong is a great tool.
