i like the fast avaialbility of the recordings
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcript could be better. the spelling and accuracy of the words.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it solves the availability of recording that can be used for auditing.

easy access and audio conversations are translated into writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
that you need to explore and click somwhere without instructions or icon to click on to check the questionaires on your Q>A

to review some important conversation with previous caller and to improve myself on the corrective actions on how to work better and be better.

Transcriptions, you can review a call even without audio.
What do you dislike about the product?
might take a while to be able to learn all the features availiable within the app

Missed information during calls specially if the call takes too long and there is too much information to take note of.

additional fields on the search button would make it easier to track the previous call

Trancrift seems inaccurate but I am sure this is due to different accesnt per advisor.

In the search, there is more than jut the call and sometimes finding a call can take more clicks than it needs to

It helps keep track of next steps and allows for coaching

Gong is very helpful at giving new employees a comfortable space to learn about the company.

The user interface of Gong can be a little unapproachable at first glance to new users.

It's a feature-rich product. It connects to most of the popular salestech solutions out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as insightful or deep as Substrata or Chorus, but definitely worth considering
