A Marketer's Dream For Sales/Prospect Insight

What do you like best about the product?
It's the best call recording software on the market, in my opinion. I've tried a few and none have the search functionality, topic analysis, and ease-of-use that this tool does.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to report as of yet, have been really pleased with the tool so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While I've never actually recorded a call myself with Gong, I (Director of Marketing) use it to watch/listen in on sales calls each week, and I find it tremendously helpful—especially if I'm searching for specific questions/use cases to create marketing content around. Also, the accuracy of topics and the usage showing when different people are speaking help me get to the real "meat" of the conversation if I'm trying to sit through a dozen calls in an hour or so.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For those looking for a collaboration tool between sales and marketing and to increase transparency and easily share and watch conversations, Gong is a fantastic tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how many analytics it has and how you can comment on the calls

Sometimes when im logged in it will automatically log me out

I'm new to closing sales so it's helping me onboard more smoothly. I've realized that I can slow down when speaking.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong gives me the ability to go back and learn where I messed up on a call, where I have succeeded, and to listen for clues from the customer that I missed the first time around.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to tag things in a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've dramatically improved my ability to be effective on calls with customers.

Amazing app!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to fast forward to calls based on conversation topics detected by the AI in Gong. It's so accurate! I love it
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as user-friendly as I would like. There is a lot of features but to navigate to what I need in an intuitive way needs more work. I saw my teams Gong calls front and center, but I struggled for a while to find my own Gong calls. Additionally, I would like to be able to easily and intuitively filter to the area of the call that I want to filter to, such as pain-points and buying signals. It already does that for one call but can it do that for a batch of calls? I don't see that feature yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting better at Sales pitch. Understanding customers a lot more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's an amazing app for understanding your audience, getting feedback and improving on sales process. After reviewing this app, I'm now realizing that I haven't used nearly as much of the app as I could to become a better sales person. Like I did not know that coaching analytics exist, that score cards, and other features that allow you to hone your sales crafty actually exists. So to cap everything off, I would advise sales folks using Gong to take time to understand how to use it to improve on your sales process, sales acumen and to better understand the customer.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes it easy for me to stay on top of my follow-up tasks, quickly reference what we discussed on the previous call and obtain insights around the meetings I am conducting. Additionally, it has helped scale our internal training and onboarding resources by providing new reps with direct examples of what the day-to-day of this role entails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish searching for a specific call was easier in Gong. That is a pretty easy thing to get around though by just searching for the name of the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has helped me ensure I do not miss follow-up items from calls and also gain insight around what is happening on calls. It has truly changed the way I work and has also been a great training resource for our team to give new hires some exposure to what the role will entail. Lastly, Gong has given our team the opportunity to be able to quickly reference the call transcript on calls to determine what was discussed when we are in a bind.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend using Gong to anyone that conducts web meetings with prospective or existing clients. I consistently recommend it to fellow peers in the space and I cannot imagine working without it. It is one of my favorite tools I have ever used and has completely changed my workflow. Additionally, they are constantly introducing new features to the market to help provide reps with additional insight into the work they are already doing.

What do you like best about the product?
Call recordings with actual key works picked up and highlighted so the one listening to a call knows what has been said at what time stamp. Every call has a automated transcript generated with an accuracy of 90%
What do you dislike about the product?
Upload of calls is a bit slow. Overall software is a bit laggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quality of calls, Feedback on every call with the comment system .

What do you like best about the product?
The way call is differentiated in different segments to help evaluate the talk track & understand the value.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes longer time to upload a conversation after a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Human input is reduced to minimum with Gong ass it helps to ease the process.

Best software for evaluation of calls & conversations.
Helps a lot in the daily process & also helps to evaluate calls in real time.
It has a lot of areas which are new to the industry & can help organizations in a much better way to enhance their processes. It has multiple positive impacts on the process & has many new integrations as compared to the old school systems used in the industry.
Error is minimized with the help of Artificial Intelligence.
Good concept with a good approach & will help grow mutually the organization & Gong.
Multiple options allows users to customize the use as per their requirements.
Gong is a revolution in the industry when it comes to evaluation of conversation or calls.

I love being able to pull up my conversations and appointment setting to be completely refreshed before going into a demo or closing call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the site lags and can get locked up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My urgency, tone and taking over the call with too much talk.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to access recordings, transcripts, option to time stamp notes, and links to those time stamped notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the fields aren't aligned to our SFDC instance, but I think that's our fault, not yours!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better training for our Sales team. I'm reviewing clips and drafting materials to support them.

If you want to better understand how Sales' calls are going and support them, I recommend Gong as a great resource!

What do you like best about the product?
The most powerful thing about Gong is not only the data it scrapes and provides each user after a phone call but the ability to connect a team of workers using gong, making each teammate infinitely more effective on their calls by gearing them with concrete and applicable tips to have better success in realtime sales conversations. That is the biggest upside.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Every company that sells B2B should have Gong. Maybe a retail b2c application somehow could be cool. (recording some sort of customer data)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking my progress to become better on conversations by always reminding me of the industry's best practices. It helps take out the guesswork.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would make sure your team is in a position that is ready to accept gong. I.e, enough demand so more data can be used, Enough employees to be users to see how it affects the teamwork. Although it is quite obvious I would also recommend that the employees start recording their calls on Gong as opposed to what they used to record their calls in. I have seen some employees forget to do so out of habit. The emails Gong sends us upon the purchase to help us set up and improve are useful as they remind users that there is a new software at the company. The Brand colors help as well as they pop out. I would try using your big white bold font more often as any time I see it, I read the heading/article. The linked-in Articles Gong shares should be sifted through and the best one should be shared with current users!
