Very useful and interesting tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it breaks down the dialogue between both the sales rep and the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the technology behind the transcript could be improved. The transcripts are not all that accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has helped me improve my calls by it's helpful tips and being able to go back to specific areas of a call that either went well or could use some improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly identify calls that should be reviewed based on the key words and variables your team decides is important.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of guidance in what works best for other tech companies. Setting it up is fairly self-directed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solving and benefits: identifying poor call habits, identifying ineffective talk tracks, finding competitors
For the scatter brained sales person, it gives you the tools you need to become organized.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is that I can switch from speaker to speaker. It really helps me remember what all was said during a call with a customer wich allows me to be able to be present in the conversation with qualified leads. I tend to get more conversions when I am not taking notes while talking ot potential clients. For the scatter brained sales person, it gives you the tools you need to become organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
the length of time that it takes to upload the calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
my inability to take notes when on a call.
Great Learning tool for all colleauges
What do you like best about the product?
Generally being able to listen to calls for training purposes, you can even get very granular into the words used often as it pulls the transcript
What do you dislike about the product?
The ocassional time when the other side of the call doesn't get recorded - but this is not related to Gong!! Instead this is a limitation on certain states blocking the ability to record as I understand it. So really, I don't think I dislike anything!! :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability for newer reps to learn from top performing colleagues by listening to as many calls as they wish, without having to be with the Rep in real time. Also helpful for reviewing difficult calls with your Manager to get feedback

We run call reviews weekly and Gong gives us the ability to analyze our game tape most effectively. This results in leveling up the entire GTM team and allowing us to drive deals and serve our customers more effectively.

Options to change the intro voice at the start of the call when recording.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps us drive more accountability with reps and also helps with our sales forecasting. We also know more quickly when reps could be struggling in market. In addition, Gong has also helped newer folks here learn about our customers and solution more quickly and decreased their learning curve and ramp time.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to listen back to your calls, recognize trends on common objections, and being able to timestamp feedback on calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search functionality could use some work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving sales effectiveness. Being held accountable is a big benefit, and also being able to listen to a deal from start to finish (as well as seeing email comms along a deal). This way, reps can review closed-won deals and identify questions, stories etc. that led to a closed deal.

Great way for reps to truly understand their buyers by listening to calls from peers.

being able to go back and listen to my calls and speed up through parts I don't need

would love the ability to slow down calls just like I can speed them up. Would also like the transcribing to be a little better - many times just shows gibberish. Could just be me, but I think it's common in our office.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to to go back and capture details that would otherwise would be impossible to write down all at once during a live call
Getting ramped has never been easier
What do you like best about the product?
Having recorded product demos to get ramped exponentially faster. Being able to easily go back and hear myself before follow up meetings has proven to be very effective as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of calls seem to fail to log in Gong, regardless of the states that do not allow it

forgetting what exactly was said as we run a ton of meetings. Gong keeps me on track and helps my managers give us constructive criticism

Get it, everyone will ramp quicker

The ability to score calls by user using our own custom score card, and also being able to track calls by specific words used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only some technical issues where calls do not record & if the caller speaks too quietly Gong doesn't transcribe.

Marketing Play tracking, call coaching with Sales.

I would recommend Gong to other businesses! Its a smarter way to track calls & coach your sales teams.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Excellent for coaching and feedback. Great tool to share snippets of conversations across customer facing teams. I've personally been able to provide more thoughtful follow up since I can go back and listen to calls and pick up details I may have missed.
