It's great to hear different talk tracks and learn from your peers.

I don't have any complaints so far. Great product

What do you like best about the product?

Sometimes I have trouble connecting it to my calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its great when you are ramping up and you need to understand how the sales process actually works. I find that I usually take away very little information from sales enablement sessions when I first start my job so I rely on Gong.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Gong.io for the past few months and it has significantly upped our sales game. The insightful analytics and call transcription features have been invaluable, helping us to hone in on what works and refine our sales strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've mostly had a positive experience with Gong.io, but have noticed it sometimes struggles with accurately transcribing accents. This has required manual correction on our part. Besides this, I have nothing else to complain about; it's a fantastic tool for sales analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong sheds light on our customer interactions by analyzing sales calls, meetings, and emails. It provides invaluable insights that help fine-tune our sales approach to better meet customer needs. Essentially, it acts as a bridge between our sales efforts and enhanced customer satisfaction.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it provides a searchable and navigatable transcripts. I love that it provides summaries and action for next steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be hard to search for a specific recording.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for transparency and coaching. everyone has access to calls and in a remote work space it makes life easier. It is also a great tool for coaching opertuities and group learning.

What do you like best about the product?
Conversation intelligence functionalities provides great insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deal monitoring functionality is super insightful however not relevant for my role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is providing great insights on how sales calls are conducted. This allows managers to review converastions, provide feedbacks and address changes if needed.

Great Tool for Sales & CS

What do you like best about the product?
Gong's UI has improved a lot a is now really intuitiuve. I love that it reminds me of my recent calls, it updates my on my pipeline, and it allows me to share as much or as little of a call that is relevant with colleagues and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong can be a bit overwhelming because it does offer so much in it's functionality, however, if you know what you are looking for, you can easily find it and build a workflow around it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong records my calls with clients so that I don't have to take live notes and am able to be fully present during the call. I can rely on the transciptions and live recordings to easily recall information or next steps. It provides coaching tips on how to have more effective calls, as well as tracks my opportunities. I also like that is reminds me to follow up after calls and is a single source of truth for things like contract neogtiations/ what was agreed upon.

Way better than any alternatives

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it allows me to review details from every conversation I have with customers so I can focus on the discussion in the moment, but also not have to rely solely on my memory or hand written notes I'd then have to transfer to salesforce for example. I also like the new recap feature that uses ML/AI to summarize what was discussed and provide reminders about outstanding action items to follow up with based on the conversation. Also the subtitles/caption/transcript of each call makes it easy to search and find what we're looking for in the call without the manual turmoil of having to just sit through it all or having to guess where to skip ahead to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to flag when the transcript for one of my gong calls was incorrect or to suggest what a misunderstood word/phrase SHOULD have said instead. In my current experience using Gong day-to-day as an AE, this is not something that exists to the best of my knowledge, but would be an awesome add as I think it'd help me/my leadership team have better data about what's being spoken about (by correcting the incorrect word, we can make sure it's showing up in the searches/analysis they're doing on specific words for metrics and enablement processes).

Adding/fixing this would probably also result in improving the AI/ML Gong uses when creating the transcripts too (bc the point of ML is to learn, so I think that being able to say "hey that word in the transcript wasn't captured correctly, here's actually what it should say instead" would help improve the transcript accuracy for future calls – that being said I'm a sales person not an engineer so take that assumption with a grain of salt of course).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-note taking = helps me better strategize and communicate with my customers so I win more deals which is the purpose of my job and helps me improve outcomes as well as my own income
-my company uses it for a lot of other things around metrics/analytics/etc. as well and I'm sure that benefits me as a result of that, but to be fair it also sometimes acts as a "big brother" watching over our shoulder, so some reps are not as happy with it as others
-the "next step reminders" and newer "summary" or call recap features are awesome and I really appreciate how they kind of create an automatic checklist or starting point for me to take care of those items

Recall conversations and track deals!

I love being able to go back and easily listen to specific sections of Zoom recordings and timestamped notes

I don't really dislike anything! I wish that I remembered to use it more often

What do you like best about the product?
I think it is great that you can listen back to the recording at whatever speed you like, review transcripts and send out snippets of the call either internally or to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The call spotlight is sometimes off and I am not sure how useful it will be to users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to review calls with customers and make sure I capture key action items, along with helping to create my summary notes of the meeting.
