Great analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I love being about to see my commonly used words as well as the topics discussed. I also like that I can see the break down of talk time per side.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negative feedback in my use of Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to tighten up my selling process by being able to analyze my conversations. I am able to adjust my language, recognize when I'm talking too much or about the wrong topics. I get automatic feedback as well my peer feedback through comments.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Gong is to use. It is smart and teaches you how to get the most out of the product. I used to be fearful of having every single call recorded but with Gong I truly trust its feedback and rely on team members to give me feedback. I also love being able to view the transcripts from the calls. It makes it easy to skim over each call and build different scripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I actually dislike with Gong. Other than the announcement at the beginning of each call that the call is being recorded. Its always 10 seconds delayed and makes for an awkward intro at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a slew of problems that we face. We are building a library of discovery calls that can be analyzed by keywords. So we can get a good understanding of what our customers are saying. We also use it for training reps.
Gong also allows us to get realtime feedback on the things that team members are doing well. When you start to see an outlier on the team reps will be able to listen to calls and see what they can add to their own flow.

Do it! It has been the best thing for our team! Enables reps to grow on their own and not have to have managers review every call.
Great for sales, marketing, and product
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent way to review sales and product calls. I love being able to listen at 1.5x speed, and the notifications I get every time there's a new call available. It's also very easy to set up a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's great. The automated conversation division by topics doesn't always work 100%.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're fine tuning our sales approach, looking for product feedback. Marketing also uses this to better understand our value prop and product limitations.

I wish my team used it more. Really breaks down the differences between a good sales call and a bad one.

What do you like best about the product?
The recording feature has saved me so many times. If I don't have the opportunity to take notes or a colleague misses a call and needs to go back and take a listen, the gong recordings are always there at the tip of our fingers.

Sometimes the recorder mysteriously does not add.

I am able to grasp more details and save time by recording trainings with clients. Rather than answering questions after the fact, I can send them the recording so they can go back and listen again for the answer.

What do you like best about the product?
Being in a high volume sales role it’s so helpful to have this tool to go back and use to review calls, see action items, get recommendations and feedback, as well as compare statistics with other team members.

There isn’t much I have found that I dislike about Gong yet.

Gong is a great Assistant!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about using Gong is that I can focus on my client conversations without worrying about taking diligent notes. Is also organizes the notes for me, and then allows me to listen back at a 2 or 3X multiplier to review my calls efficiently. They are also always improving the platform with new features and AI abilities. Great tool!

Nothing much other than a call not recording a few times.

In addition to the above, Gong allows me to share calls and Solution demos with my clients. And I can easily cut out the beginning and end parts that they don't need to see again.

I dislike the settings that you have to put in place to tell Gong when to record, etc. - sometimes it's goofy

The user interface is very intuitive. This allows me to quickly find my calls and other calls to review. As I aspire to be an AE, I can review our sales team calls and "study the game tape"

The transcripts can be error-filled. This leads to having to listen to the call instead of jumping to specific sections based on word choice.

Its making me better at sales. By having the accountability of knowing everyone at my company can review my calls. Additionally allows me to review call of the top performers and find areas to improve.
