Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
I love that GONG allows you to search calls

Sometimes takes a while to analyze......

GONG - The best a company can get
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is easily the ability to go back and review conversations. Perfect for those note takers that leave something to be desired. The analysis is also an interesting feature allowing you to view the trends to conversation or speech pattern that are common for you and the customer. All and all a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only real issue with gong is that it occasionally does not save recordings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Poor note taking, and improved questioning for next conversations

If you want to improve your selling, use gong.

Sales Tracking Made Competitive
What do you like best about the product?
The competitive nature of tracking our sales team visibly. The ability to record and listen to all calls which allows great learning opportunities for all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some other employees have disliked the noise it can make.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has been an excellent way for our sales team to learn from one another by listening to each others calls and being able to give and receive feedback. It also adds the fun competitive piece as employees are able to see people tracking on the scoreboard based on activities.

Nothing, its an amazing bit of tech and valuable

On sales calls its hard to listen and write down customers challenges, with gong, you can re-live the call
Great to follow up on your calls, see where you could pivot and get better for the next.

The company information that pops up can soetime be wrong. not a big issue though.

Solving the patience and how fast I am talking. I have noticed the points that I ramble through gong.

Gong has been great at giving insights on calls, and the analytics used to monitor whats talked about on the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integration with salesforce and clearslide is off, so sometimes the business name does not properly sync.

Gong helps me with coaching so the I know what I need to work on in calls, and what I do well on calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the percentage of interactivity that gong gives me after analyzing my calls. It's taught me I need to let customers speak more. I like that I never have to remember to record the call, gong is always there no matter what platform I'm using, and it sends me the recordings within just a couple of minutes of the call ending making the feedback loop basically instant.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface feels old and outdated, I'd like to see a more modern design. Additionally I need to sign in every single time I want to use it, I don't understand why
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're learning more than ever what works for our sales team and what doesn't. It records all of our calls and allows us to easily read transcriptions, read stats about the call and compare to past calls and other team members to see who is doing the best job.
