What do you like best about the product?
Gong is so actionable. I am acutely aware of the way I communicate and areas I can improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the insights I get don't feel entirely accurate without Gong understanding the full context of my conversations. There is always more to the story. That being said, you don't need to take every insight to heart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On my sales calls I want to ensure that I am listening more than I am talking and be aware of my filler words. I am more conscious of the way I communicate, and areas I can improve in those regards.
Simple and amazing
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is one of the best sales enablement tools out there. It is so easy to use and the benefits so high that it is truly a no-brainer for any sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a huge fan of the voice that dings at the beginning of calls to let you know that it is being recorded, but that's more of a privacy law issue and no fault of Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes the passing of accounts to customer success teams much easier, note taking is a breeze, follow ups don't get dropped, you can do so much... it's crazy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just buy it already.

Sometimes I am not sure whether or not the call will actually record.

I use gong for training purposes. I've realized that it is a great tool for getting new team members up to speed.

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing tool to better your presentation acumen and to provide solid feedback to colleagues. We are able to instantaneously listen to give feedback to each other as well as receive a graded score sheet based on metrics which Gong places as key to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only piece that can be difficult is sharing links with customers and the invasive aspect of having a recorder on some calls.
As well, sometime it takes a little longer than expected to get the calls sent to you to review.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to increase the quality of my calls. For a while we were shooting in the dark in terms of how we approached our sales calls and never looked at items such as patience, monologues, etc. This tool gives us the ability to instantly get a report on how strong our call was and what we need to do to make it better. I would highly recommend this to any team, new or old, to better increase their quality of presentations and overall phone behavior.

Definitely do a trial and you will be blown away!

What do you like best about the product?
I have never worked at a company that uses this tool and I have to say it is my FAVORITE tool now. It is so easy to review calls. Make notes for other people or get feedback from managers/peers. Also keeps your pipeline fresh as you can re-listen to old calls.

NOTHING, I truly love it! I would recommend this for anyone.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to break down calls into actionable items to improve. (Patience, conversation balance, etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
Spanish support. I use every feature but when the call is in English it’s much more useful than when I call in Spanish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving the quality of my calls to close more leads by correcting my process with clients.
The transcript and call analytics is fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
I like the transcript feature. It helps me prep for calls. I also like to use it to share snips with the customers. It is helpful for everyone to be able to see or hear the conversation back to them. It is also great to be able to share with other shake holders that might not be able to get on a call. you can always get more buy-in when everyone sees the same information. I am also a big fan of the request feedback feature. I like to have more than just my manager listens in to my calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature isn’t very user-friendly. It is also not easy to jump right into the correct call when you searched for the information. It isn't a huge deal, but if I had to make a recommendation, I would recommend having the search feature evaluated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps me honest with myself. It is natural for people to want to self evaluate. You can't rely on memory to get it done. you have to see what you said prior by looking at the transcript or listening to the call. We are also using this for accountability. Knowing that anyone can jump into a call and help evaluate, keeps you on your game. It has been beneficial to the team.

You need to understand how much your teams are on calls and there is value in being able to review the call.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides transparency through the customer journey and lifecycle. I can clearly listen to the conversations happening and the customer needs/interests from their first interactions with the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The searching capabilities are very robust, and sometimes it can be hard to find what you're looking for if you don't know how to properly search within the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has helped immensely with onboarding. Rather than needing to bother my colleagues with requests to shadow their calls, I can instead just listen to their calls after the fact. I was also able to listen through an entire customer journey from beginning to end which provides more transparency into customer needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can go back and listen to your call to take notes. Also, sharing with others to better inform how the conversation went. You can also have your manager listen to your calls to bet advice on how you can do better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far - I've only had good experiences with Gong
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reminding customers of what they said, closing deals on a sales team, sharing great calls with team members to get advice or to fill other team members in on conversations

There is so much you can do with Gong so make sure you listen in trainings!

It's so nice to not have to write everything down anymore, you just turn on Gong and listen later.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Gong is a great tool, and I would recommend it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to really focus on the call at hand. I don't need to worry about writing down someone's name or something important. Gong records it and allows me to easily find it later. I can also share calls with customers, which is great!
