Awesome way to review important details from calls prior to your next.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great note-taker and I also like listening to my peers' calls.

I wish I could see who is listening to my calls.

I like going back to see what prospects said and be able to listen to the prior call before my next call.

Gong has helped me significantly improve my sales skills. Love being able to go back and listen to my calls and have such a smart system to segment things for me!!

I have learned how to strengthen my pitch and be more effective in my sales. I’ve cut down on filler words and have decreased my talking time being more consultative

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to review my successful sales calls and hear where I won the customer over.
I especially love how Gong breaks the call into segments for me depending on what me and the customer are talking about.
I also like that I can review my not-so-successful sales calls and compare them to the good ones. The not-so-successful calls are usually the ones where Gong shows that I am talking more than the customer on the line.

There is nothing that I dislike about Gong. The layout is super use-friendly and easy to use.

With using Gong I am more conscience of using filler words such as "ummmm" and "like".
I would say Gong has made my conversation more professional and concise and my recent customer reviews reflect that.

Try it! This is the best self-implemented tool for success. You can use it as needed, and hold yourself accountable to great customer service.

I love the analysis of my calls and how easy it is to send recordings to prospects.

Doesn’t import tasks from google calendar but that’s just wishful thinking.
